Far before William stepped into the gates which housed the seventh city-section, he expected to meet tens of people who would rip any fellow to pieces, just for a few iron coins! According to the princesses, most of the city didn't embrace any form of law, thanks to Kanteek's influence throughout the years.
Reality however, beat their expectations. This place was so normal, that the couple of friends forgot to be careful throughout the first few minutes! People here simply went on with their every-day lives.
Such collective behaviour was even weirder, once it was considered that a lot of people here had recently been rendered deaf! Dried blood around their human-like ears was a common, gruesome sight!
Most of this section had been within the proximity of the blast, yet its citizens were unbothered.
