The words out of the man's mouth were suspending in the air and there was silence for some seconds. I felt Ai squeezing my hand and I looked at her to see a deadly glare on her face. I squeezed her hand even tighter which made her look at me. Even if no words were said, Ai understood that I wanted her to calm down. Letting her attack the man right in front of us was not something I want to happen.
"I think you should first tell me your name before putting up an ultimatum before me. I am pretty sure that you know who I am," I said in a calm voice not being intimidated by his aura anymore.
"Very well, my name is James Lockhart. I am the current leader of the VEO," he said and looked at me.
