"So where are we off to ?" Kiran asked as soon as he finished his chips packet. "Where do u wanna go ?" Karthik asked looking at his mobile . "Let's go far far away and explore " Kiran replied."No no let's go to a calm place. We are already far from where we live . We'll be late if we go more further " Tara interrupted between their conversation. "Who did call you ? Did you just came to spoil our mood?" Kiran annoyingly asked Tara looking her through rier view mirror .She fell silent .
"That wasn't fare Kiran .I invited her .Give her the respect .You were lavishly drinking juice from her home and you are just getting so mean to her ." Karthik said in a firm voice .
"I'm sorry . I didn't meant to hurt you .I was just annoying you ." Kiran said in soft voice .Actually Tara wasn't hurt at all .She didn't knew why she acted so.But she was happy that Karthik stood for her . Maybe that's why she acted . "I am fine ." Tara replied softly . "There is a hookah bar nearby .Wanna try?It's all calm there." Kiran mockingly asked Tara . "Well I haven't been to any bar in my life.I would like to see". She said . "I was mocking you " Kiran laughed. "Well I wasn't mocking you ." She replied . "Okay let's go there and have a look " Karthik said.
"Bro , we can go to 5 star restaurant or anything with money , why do you need this silly hookah bar ?" Kiran surprisingly asked .
"Well Kiran ,Few things are not about money, it's about creating a beautiful memory." Tara replied. "You are right ." Karthik told with a smile .

" ' Hungry Hippie ' " Kiran read the board of the hookah bar which they entered . It was large from inside than from looking outside . It wasn't much crowded on that day . It had a large hookah placed in centre . There were many coloured wooden tables and chairs . Little coloured Led lights were all over the pillars and roofs . Coloured lamps hang from above. It had a calm atmosphere . Pleasant smell and cool breeze coming as it was open .
There was a painting of a man playing guitar on the wall and a girl was recording a video infront of it . Suddenly Karthik's eyes fell on her and he muttered "Oh ! no .. not her again."
Tara didn't understand what he meant by that.
Soon the girl caught her eyes on Karthik and she soon came around with a filthy smile , twisting and turning her hair to curls . "So , is this girl yours or your brother's ?" She pointed to Tara and asked. Tara was all confused.
"Mine" Karthik replied.
"What does she have that I do not ?" That girl asked with a strange look on her face .
" A heart that care person more than money."
Karthik replied so calmly and clearly.
"I've heard you love soups
"What is that supposed to mean ?" She asked unbelievably.
"Just don't make a scene here Stella , Leave ."
Karthik said a bit angrier this time. And that girl gave Tara an angry look and went outside.
"Who is she ? And what were you both talking?" Tara asked Karthik as soon as she went out .
"Don't worry about that.Nothing will harm you"
Karthik said to Tara with a pleasant smile and Tara nodded . "She's one among the gang who disturbs brother continuously". Kiran whispered in Tara's ears ."Disturb about what?" Tara asked back .
"We are Handsome and Rich.Girls will fall easily." Kiran boasted .
"Maybe I'll accept the fact that your brother is handsome . Have you seen mirror in your life ? if not , go and check one soon stupid" Tara giggled and mocked Kiran.He made a grumpy face . They sat infront of a yellow table . Yellow is always Tara's favourite colour and Karthik knew that .
"I've heard that you love mushroom soup "
Karthik was checking the menu and he asked it even without looking at Tara but she knew he asked it to her . "Yeah , I would like to try the same dish from here "she replied .
"Alfredo Pasta " Kiran already gave the order for the dish he needed . "2 Mushroom cream soups , Thank you " Karthik told and gave the menu back .
That's the main difference between the two brothers , their charecter . Even though they live under the same roof , they have contrasting charecter s . Tara's phone beeped.
She surely know who it might be- Ronn .
"Had food 🍔?"
"Send me pictures of Banglore 😁"
So Tara checked around and stood at many positions of the place and send him photoes .
"Who's it ?" Kiran asked peeping to her phone.
"My Friend- Ronn ." she replied.
"Who can stay forever friend with you?" Kiran asked . "Atleast you can " Tara giggled .
Karthik thought it in the other way. No one can just be Friends with Tara forever .They'll eventually fall in love with her . He smiled at that thought . Tara saw him smiling and she smiled too . The hot and tasty food was served and soon they were busy with that.

"It was all a busy day Ronn . #tired 🥴 "
"Lol 😂 "
"🤨Whats so funny ? "
"Nothing. Can I call you ?"
"huh !? "
They always chatted but never called .So Tara got tensed on what to reply .She couldn't say no as she too wanted it so she can share everything happened , with him along with her emotions . Texts can't sometimes convey the right emotions sometimes . She thought.
"I'm asking if I could call you 🙄 ! "
" Hmm .. Okay 😇 " ..
Then she suddenly turned the data off and took her phone in hands and impatiently waited for his call . Soon the phone rang , with Ronn's name on the screen and she felt an extreme excitement .
"Hello .. Tara .. "
"H .. hey .. " She stammered and replied .she didn't knew how to respond .She felt her brain stopped functioning . But she was automatically doing something . She never felt so with anyone , even Karthik . she thought .
"What's up dear Angel .. How are you ..? " He asked .
"Well .. I .. am .. G good .." she was trying to calm the situation by laughing but she was actually stammering for the laughter too .
They talked for a while and soon she got the track . They laughed , Giggled and shared all their feelings of the day .
When they were about to hang up the call , they saw an hour had already passed by .
"OMG !! Will I get mutation due to radiation ?" Tara exclaimed looking at the screen with astonishment. "Rubbish " Ronn replied and they both laughed .
"So .. Take care bye ." Tara was about to cut the call while Ronn said
"I love you .. "
Even though Ronn have told it a million times in chats , She still felt her heart beat when he told it over the phone . He have said it on the last day of School but still , Today this feel wonderful again. "As a friend " he replied after a gap . She chuckled.
They hanged the phone but Tara sat in her bed rewinding the conversations with Ronn , especially the last part . ☺️
