To refine one's body is a painful process. Only those with strong physiques can have high attainment in these arts. But for a person like me who has even felt the pain of standing near a exploding star tempering body isn't that hard.

After two days when my soul energy was exhausted by the cauldron I woke up. Though I still couldn't move my body because of pain but my body was full of energy as if I have become young again.

Once upon a time when Mei was playing hide and seek with young Yuan.
"This kid.....he has the weirdest places to where he can hide....let's check in my cottage first" she said as she flew towards her cottage.

She overturned the entire cottage but still couldn't fin him. Finally, she heard a small giggle from the wall of the room and turned around but couldn't where he was hiding so she walked towards the cabinet and searched one again.
