Luca clearly did not notice the smile on Ayana's face because he had moved his sharp gaze toward Orion. He seemed to be annoyed at what he saw as a big frown appeared between his brows.
Ayana also followed Luca's gaze and found Orion still glued in his place as he stared at them with a frown on his face. She held back the smile that was almost blooming on her face. She liked it. She has been waiting for that expression for some time. It would be more satisfying if she was the one causing that frown.
Orion clearly despises what he just watched. He never believes the rumor about the harmonious life of the general and his wife. In his mind, the intimacy the show in public was only for display to reassure everyone that their marriage was fine. In his mind, they must have done it for a certain agenda.
