A long silence followed when the monster fell down on her knee with a shock look on her face. She wanted to say something but a gush of blood rushed out from her mouth before her body landed on the ground. Her body convulsed and after a while her eyes slowly went blank.
The smoke started to rise from the dead body that slowly changed to the original form. The woman's feet started to disappear and change into a snake tail. It was Naga. The monster had half of its body in the form of a human while the other half was in the form of a snake.
The silence finally dissipated and was replaced with a voice that expressed relief. Everything happened so fast. Ayana's action created an opportunity for others to attack the monster.
Ayana could only blink as she watched everything happening that was not far from her. Her attack created a chain reaction that resulted in their win. Although what surprised her the most was the person who pierced the monster's chest.
