Chapter 47 - The Heroic Assault vs The Unexpected Gate

Doctress Domination, Jakon still in his half-naked human disguise, and Hollow who recently recovered several broken bones were all gathered in a circle. They focused their attention toward a green circular table that showed a radar-like screen similar to the airplane.

A dark green icon indicated Gunvalian who remained alone without any new opponent approached his distance. Because of that, Doctress Domination stretched her hips, legs, and arm for a morning exercise while Jakon closed his eyes in boredom.

"Still no...heroes." Doctress Domination bickered in an alluring voice before, "No fun, fun."

"They probably preparing a plan too," Jakon answered with his eyes open.

"Yeah, yeah true. Luckily, they were still not fully aware that Gunvalian wasn't fighting alone either."

"Perhaps so, but do not underestimate them."

As Jakon and Doctress Domination presumed their glaring time for finding a new target, Hollow swiftly turned around to the pyramid head robot to fill his waiting time. The White Assassin rubbed his cheeks and tilted down to the squid-like leg the robot owned.

However, a heartbeat sound from the radar echoed through the villain's ear. Jakon and Doctress Domination quickly gazed at the circler and found a greyish radar approaching Gunvalian from afar.

"At last, one hero has already appeared and their friend would come as a follow-up attack. Classic heroic tactical attack" Doctress Domination spoke in a grateful manner and moaned, "Oh yes, I hope they will bring a fresh, young man to be dominated."

Jakon furrowed his eyes either at Doctress Domination's wildly seductive demeanor or voices that rang through his ears before he sighed. Afterward, he glanced at the grey radar once again, and as a white title that said: "The Ozmonian", went closer to Gunvalian from above. Then, a horror thought shivered through The Golden Distrunian veins, the more he terrifyingly locked his eyes.

"Ozmonian!" Jakon uttered in a petrified voice, "This time you will die!"

"Oh, oh, you really have a grudge on Ozmonian." Doctress Domination said in taunting demeanor, "was it because of the battle around 10 years ago that you and Makoto got defeated by one of their leaders?"

"Yes, even though we managed to kill all the Ozmonian, a memory of how dangerous they were, still trapped in my mind, especially the time when they made Gunvalian lose his prime self."

"Okay…..okay."

Jakon and Doctress Domination continued to lock their eagle eyes towards the grey radar that quickly got nearer to Gunvalian sight. A mesmerizing memory of Ozmonian was indeed haunting The Blond Distrunian, but he wouldn't let it infect his mindfully by giving a grim look on his face.

A destruction time was still smoothly ongoing as Gunvalian aimed his sniper before he pressed the trigger to any available citizen who ran for their dearest life. A bursting violet bullet was freed and landed onto one unlucky person which an old woman recently pierced through in the chest.

The old woman slowly crumbled to the ground with a huge, bloody hole right on the chest with a look of shocking horror. Like the first victim, a ray of the explosion was spread from the wounded chest and decimated everything in its surroundings such as cars, agonizing people, and many more of the city facility.

The Distrunian soon continued to press the trigger and usually got a random pick of the helpless victim like it was in hunting season. The next victims were two people who got shot on the chest in a row and those people were office workers couples.

On the brink of death, the man and the woman glanced at one another with a damaged hole on the chest and held their hand dearly to accept their current fate. Afterward, the explosion from the chest bloomingly spread out and decimated the people beside them who struggled to run.

"I can assume this is the Ozmonian plans of not trying to contain me inside the police bubble," Gunvalian spoke within his mind in cautious look's and the expected guess came to reality as sparkling rocket sound screamed on his hearing.

The Distrunian raised his head and unavoidably met a swift uppercut on Zero's bulky gauntlet. The uppercut sent Gunvalian floating in the air and made his vision blurry. Without hesitation, Zero redirected the metal Gauntlet punch onto his stomach that caused The Distrunian to stop flying. Instead, Gunvalian felt a paralyzing punch on the gut that flinching of his finger wasn't even present.

A furious furrow was locked on by The Ozmonian after he landed several stunning punches. As a result, his gauntlet cast out thunder-shocking blue electricity that wrapped around the whole Distrunian body like prey stuck on the spider web.

Therefore, Gunvalian's body unstably shook from every direction available due to the tremendous force of electrocution he was forced to endure. Even worse was his sniper recklessly dropped down on the ground and Zero enhanced the electricity till it turned into an ocean blue color. The Ozmonian seemingly got the upper hand for the first time.

"You will not destroy this planet, Distrunian." Zero deeply grunted.

With intense thunderstruck electricity, Gunvalian flickered a green light inside his eyes like a dawn sun. As a result, his electrocuted body was stabilized and his perspective of time became slower than the real world.

Moreover, the opportunity fell onto his grasp and launched a hard blow punch to Zero's stomach until he flew down very far away so that even his far sight couldn't recognize him anymore. At last, Gunvalian was freed by the electrocution punishment, but relief time would not distract him as his eyes were still glowing and witnessed a flaming twister spawned above right.

The sunlight-like eyes vanished in thin air and Gunvalian hovered up his hands to the left, engulfing misty green energy on his palm at the same time. The flaming twister debut got an abrupt welcome by a large green portal beneath him.

Moreover, the portal paralyzed the flaming twister, forcing Sparror to finally showed up on the scene and his whole body helplessly levitated above the portal as he couldn't release a single glimpse of the blazing power or a presence of molten hands.

"Finally, I got another choice of interesting objects to study, observe, and torcher." Gunvalian gladfully spoke within his mind.

However, Blue Winter had already arrived on the scene from the triangular portal after he channeled out a mixture of blue and yellow energy inside his fist. As The Shaolin Warrior was ready to throw his mighty projectile, a giant, holographic golden skeleton hand shoved out from the ground.

The golden skeleton hands roughly grabbed Blue Winter by the stomach and caused him to scream in agony. Moreover, The Shaolin Warrior could feel his bone was slowly being crushed to death by the grip.

The worst thing happened when he made a single struggling movement, the skeleton hands buried him down to the ground until both of them vanished without leaving any trace of evidence. As there was no interruption detection, Gunvalian exhaled a tiring air before he glared at the paralyzed Sparror.

"Oh….n--o." Sparror heavily uttered due to the paralyzing portal as he began to speak within his mind, "Impressive that The Distrunian was even aware he couldn't fight us alone. know facing him alone will be just a death wish, but at least, I have to try."

An encouragement was formed in a hard, clenching fist as Sparror glanced towards The Distrunian who recently hopped onto the floating in portal that acted as a thick surface. Hence, he could stand on the portal very easily just like the ground, and glared at The Flaming Hero with curious eyes, tilted to the left for further observation.

Therefore, the portal shrank down immediately like being absorbed by a hole in the space. Thus, Sparror and The Distrunian were finally begone from existence and as usual, no physical evidence or even trace of their existence ever being found.

Meanwhile, inside the Shaolin temple, Mistress Foreseen gave a devastated look on her glowing eyes as she witnessed most of the alliance members were gone from existence such as Sparror and Blue Winter being pulled off from the arena. While as for Zero, she saw that he was on the road, lying down on the ground with his metal stomach having a huge punch mark.

The huge punch mark on the stomach made Zero's body malfunction due to blue electricity strings rounding him, similar to a broken machine. Mistress Foreseen frowned in horror towards all the things she recently saw with the telepathic vision.

"By the spirits." Mistress Foreseen bickered in a desperate tone, " I couldn't use The Triangular Gate to reach Sparror and Blue Winter whereabouts or even reading the enemy who caught them."

As Mistress Foreseen bickered over her inability to save her fellow allies as she shone more brightly the white light within her eyes. Moreover, she clenched her hand in irritating looks with the realization that one of the allies who was supposed to be in here, was already gone.

"Southern Shield, please do not engage the enemy too." Mistress Foreseen tried to call him with telepathy in a pleading manner, but not a single word of response was detected, "Please, I beg you not to engage too, Southern Shield, Southern Shield!!"

Zero, who still had a damaged stomach, began to call forth a petit version of himself from the merging blue sparkles above him. Petit Zero extended its arm before it went down, spreading a green that quickly latched on The Ozmonian's whole body.

The damaged stomach was bit by bit being recovered into a smooth, metal body of his. The electricity strings that surrounded Zero disappeared on the scene as his stomach was now fully patched like a new one, similar to a leaf growing.

The green particles dissolve into nothing and Zero strugglingly stood up with a raspy metal breath. The Ozmonian was specifically in the empty street on Neo Tokyo, only a female announcement was present that said, "Attention of all the citizens of Neo Tokyo, please go to the evacuation room by following the government official due to a category 10 Supervillain that had recently appeared 2x."

A police car with blue lines all over the door recently entered behind Zero till The Ozmonian turned around. The car doors were opened wide in a sliding way, revealing Tabata and Chemistra got out.

"Zero, are you okay?" Tabata asked in a deep, concerned voice.

"I am 80% fine." Zero replied in a calm demeanor, "So, were all the citizens in Neo Tokyo already being evacuated."

"Not all, but the majority of them are already inside the evacuation rooms."

As the ongoing conversation happened, Tabata began to scold his surroundings and found oddness in this area. He felt there was something important missing, especially the presence of either The Distrunian or even Sparror.

"Anyway, Zero where are the other heroes like Sparror and The so-called Distrunian?" Tabata asked.

"Shit, they were all gone." Chemistra answered in an irritated voice, "That's the new I got from the telepathy ally."

"Can you guess the location if you are The Distrunian. Chemistra?"

Chemistra rubbed her cheeks as she wondered which guessing was the best for her in this time of period. Especially, predicting Sparror and Blue Winter whereabouts, while Zero scanned through his surroundings.

"As for Sparror, I guess he was sent to Ketsueki Valley." Chemistra answered.

"Are you truly sure about that?" Tabata asked again with a firm tone.

"I am highly sure because that's the only empty location he knew."

"Indeed, Tabata." Zero added, "There is a high possibility he knew Ketsueki Valley was a suitable place due to our fight with the observant robot."

The conversations were short-lived as a green blinding light emerged within their veins. Chemistra raised her eyebrows unexpectedly as well as Tabata. While Zero calmly turned around just to witness another threat.

The pyramid head robots and Hollows stood behind the green portal before it shrank down into nothing. Chemistra took a step forward and tapped her knuckles to Tabata who immediately took a step back.

"Damn it, this Distrunian almost knows most of our plans or moves!" Chemistra deeply uttered in annoyance.

"It's my fault for miscalculating this kind of possibility." Zero apologized with a flat tone.

"To be honest, I don't really care whose fault it is because none of us were prepared for this possibility, especially me, you, Sparror, and even the Shaolin."

"Perhaps this Distrunian was different from others. This one is not only strong and mindlessly slaughters everything, but he is also a strategist at the same time."

Tabata was indeed frozen in horror and gave a trembling look upon the two approaching enemies. Chemistra took notice on the officer fell down into a fearful atmosphere

"Officer Tabata, I appreciate your aid for helping me get into this place." Chemistra spoke with a firm tone, "But, it's best for you to leave now."

The officer could only clench his kanji fist that hiddenly illuminated a yellow light. A will to join the fight with other heroes was still strong, but a will of forcing himself to do it hadn't appeared yet.

An all-white space room became a place where Neo Tokyo citizens temporarily stayed after they safely evacuated from The Distrunian attacks. The atmospheres were full of panicked and sorrowful agony such as a man kept dropping a sweat from his forehead and shakenly gritted and a woman continuously cried on the corner of the room as she glared at a picture of jet black, short hair man inside her phone.

Others such as a couple of office workers shook their heads and desperately gripped his hand and a young man agonizingly screamed throughout the room while hugging his girlfriend who was fully covered by the blood. A yellowish portal soon emerged and the fully armored police accompanied a tidy line of survivors with injuries all over their bodies that caused some people to become more frantic in this situation.

However, there were other people that gave more optimism or hopeful thought in this situation. A bunch of young men played their cell phone games together with each other or a bunch of high schoolers started to talk theories about the ongoing problem:

"Do you think the new hero, Sparror has some correlation with that mysterious guy who fucking snipe everything he saw?"

"Yeah, possibly who knows. Our world has been facing this wacky shit almost an eternity."

"Oh, I have another theory, what if that guy was some kind of his secret relative or the most often one, his...father."

"Yeah, that could work too."

"True, true."

While the teenagers were still repeatedly theorizing about The Distrunian and the new hero at the same time, Yuna who leaned across them watched in cherish smiles. This frantic atmosphere didn't get through her head as she upheld her smile.

Hina who sat beside her and remained chill with all the happening within this room grew an oddness towards her friend. More specifically, Yuna's smile bugged her mind with a question, ready to be let out directly on her.

"Yuna, why are you still smiling like this?" Hina asked in a harsh tone, "Even though Hatoshi is missing. I mean, did you even show concern about him in this kind of situation?"

"I did have a concern about his well-being." Yuna answered in a cheerful demeanor, "But, I rather think that he will probably come back after this problem is over."

"Damn. You were still pretty calm in this kind of heptic situation. So let me ask you this, what kind of training do you use for that?"

"Simple answer, Hatoshi always told me whenever there was a bad situation, there was always a solution and a hoped to solve this."

Hina nodded in mixture of confusion and acceptance at the same towards Yuna's who recently closed her eyes in gladness. Afterwards, Yuna looked above the clean white wall with a hope Hatoshi would safely returned by her side
