"That's not funny," Lille huffed, crossing her arms. Her eyes looked towards another part of the house cast in shadows. Aaron sensed that Luke was upstairs sleeping. There was a cat skulking around outside in the bushes but there was no one else for quite some time. He sensed cameras on the perimeter and an alarm system. There was no one around to interrupt them.
"Why is that a joke?" Aaron blinked, making no move to get up to change. His read on the swirling red and pink of her aura was that she wasn't as upset as she presented. He wasn't sure why she was ashamed of wanting to fulfil so basic of a human need. She had fought against the enemy and won. She triumphed over death. There was nothing like riding that high and following it up with a strong release of dopamine with sex. He could sense her want, and he was there to grant her wishes. "There's nothing wrong with that if that's what you want."
Lillie's eyes narrowed. "Why do you think...?" Her eyebrows lifted as she realized what Aaron was doing. "Stop that! Don't read my aura," she snapped, her face flushed a deeper shade of red.
Aaron's gaze settled on the soft curves of her lips. His heart raced as he leaned over Lille. Her gaze shifted away from his. He could hear the way her pulse quickened, her breath caught as he tilted her chin up and pressed his lips against hers. Perhaps she hadn't expected him to act on it, or she had wanted him to, but her eyelids lowered as she embraced him.
"What if he comes downstairs?" Lille muttered, pulled away for a moment to catch her breath. His eyes sparkled mischievously as he closed the short distance between them, crushing her soft lips against his.
She tasted of mint as their teeth clicked against each other. Lille sucked on his tongue, deepening their kiss, whatever protest she had died inside his mouth. It wasn't enough. He instinctively knew it wasn't enough for her or him. His hands slid down and under her body, lifting her up. He flopped into the chair and pulled her onto his lap.
"Don't care. He can watch it join, but you..." His eyes met hers for a moment. They were wide, a bright grey that seemed almost black in the poor light. He could stare into the abyss that lingered in her eyes until he couldn't breathe any longer. He'd happily drown in her.
"I want you inside me," Lille admitted shyly. The confession made his heart beat faster.
Aaron grabbed hold of firm, yielding flesh exploring the curve of her rear as she rocked against his erection. He never experienced the joys of sex in a human body. The body remembered each twitch and throb of the sensation. He was ravenous, and she was willing, but her clothes were in the way.
With a low growl that reverberated in Lillie's throat, Aaron broke away from her lips. "Damn these shorts."
Lille's fingertips caressed his length, gently squeezing. "You're going to let that stop you?" She breathlessly murmured. It was a trivial matter to use a minuta of his power to get rid of the obstacle. What was more was that he had gotten her permission to resolve the barrier, knowing it was going to be irrepable if his way was left to him.
Aaron's eyes glowed dangerously as he gripped her thighs, lifting her up to the sudden loud tearing of fabric. They crashed together with an urgency that left them gasping for breath. He wasn't worried about hurting Lille, she wasn't a porcelain doll that needed to be handled with care- she was a trained killer, that bore down on him with crushing strength. Their pace was frantic, rough like both were racing against the fear of waking to an empty bed.
Lille's fingers clawed at his back as he clutched the hair at the back of her neck, locking her into a passionate kiss as they rushed towards the end. Tension curled in his lower body as her body squeezed against him. Each gasp, flutter, and moan drove him closer to the edge. Centuries of loneliness, nothingness - all of it in wanting some connection to something solid. A single moment of tangible meaning.
Lille moaned into his mouth, her lower body tightening around him as her muscles started to spasm that triggered a chain reaction. Together they crossed the precipice of desire and fell into one another, panting and leaning into each other. Covered in sweat and sticky, they stayed in his other's arms, locked together in quaking aftershocks.
Aaron leaned back against the couch, tracing the curve of her spine, enjoying the way she shivered in response. She looked up at him with content, half lidded eyes, gently kissing his lips and then pressing her forehead against his.
"Idiot. Where have you been all these years?" Lille whispered, her hand running through his hair. "I've missed you. People tried to convince me that I imagined my best friend. I grew up dreaming of what it'd be like if you were real."
"I tried everything I could to stay with you. I couldn't do a few things or risk hurting you." Aaron's hands settled on her hips. "They forced me down into the void. I didn't have a way back to you. I've spent all this time worrying if I'd get back to you." He gently bucked his hips, making her softly gasp. Grinning, he held her as he slowly continued, not quite done having his first tryst with her. "I don't want to waste it."
"Aaron... I..." Lille tried to talk but a firm thrust made her words slur into a soft moan. She buried her head into his neck, biting her lip to stifle the sounds. She had more that she wanted to say but was having a hard time focusing with Aaron pressing into her and filling her up.
"You're too damn beautiful," he whispered, enjoying the way they fit together and how she responded to his movements. The Watchers fell when they saw the daughters of men in all their beauty. They descended down from the heavens, abandoning their posts to possess and covet their human lovers. They took wives and welcomed damnation. Mayrion was already damned but he had taken only this one woman. It all made sense why it happened. Humans could experience these sensations and moments. A million nerve endings firing, eager and alive, this instinctive drive to join together was filled with mind numbing pleasure.
There was much that they needed to talk about to get caught up with one another. There were plans that they needed to form and tactics to discuss but none of it was as important in these moments than them enjoying one another. The world could wait until morning.
Aaron savored Lille until exhaustion claimed them. He refused to part with her, instead used his magic to place them both into his bed. Only when they settled under the covers did he let himself drift into sleep, hugging Lille tightly against him. He didn't know how long any of this would last but for now, Lille was his and he was eternally hers.
