Chapter 18 - Which Dungeon?

When the next day arrived, everyone awoke in the morning, completely unconcerned about what was going on outside. After a quick meal, Jon looked them in the eyes and said, "All right, we're going now."

Everyone mumbled something to him, and as they stepped outside, he used one of the stones to create a gateway, and everyone began to pass through it. When they emerge from the other side, the forest relinquishes control over them. Jim drew a great breath when he saw it, and when he looked about, he realised that they were deep in the forest. While he waited for the rest of the crew to arrive, he turned to face the captain and said: "I haven't brought my sword with me. I'm not sure where they went. When I'm practising, I only use one."

For the time being, use her, Jon instructed, and the portal began to wave as it closed.

Soon after, Harry arrived, and he exclaimed, "Never again."

"Don't be concerned," Jon assured them before presenting them each a weapon. When he finished, he looked at them, then at the rest of the group, and he continued, "We've been given a mission by higher-ups to check them, and if we find anything, we'll let you know. If you're a newcomer to this site and have some queries, "We must proceed with caution.

"Yes, what exactly is it?

"Which dungeon, exactly?"

Jim had enquired.

"Oh you moron," says the narrator.

It was Adam who said it.

"What if I lose my ability to remember things?" 'I'm looking at you, Jim,' Jim said.

"Right," Adam remarked, a smirk on his face, and then Jon said, "Right." "All right, so the dungeon is the location where we can uncover artefacts from a bygone era. We could come back with something or nothing, as they say, but there is a chance that we will come back with nothing, which is a good thing in this case ",,,,,,,,,,

Which of them is it, Jim?

asked.

"We will meet their protectors, as well as other people from various countries, while we are training." "Jon said this with a grin on his face.

"What do you mean?" Jim inquired.

"The gate for them only opens in one or a few countries, and we may encounter friends or enemies in those countries, so we must be prepared," Jon explained, before adding, "but based on the information we have, it should be opened here, and we may encounter some newbies from other units, so keep in mind what they will discuss." Let's go to where we are the best." Jon said something, and then he started heading toward the location. When he was doing that, everyone started following him since Jim and Ann were closer to him than Joe and Adam, and Harry and Natasha were in the last row. After a long walk, they arrived at the location where they were supposed to be. "All right, so now we have to go look for a location where it is," Jon stated after taking a glance around.

Everyone said "All right," and then they got to work. After twenty minutes of roaming around seeking for some abnormality that could be everything, Natasha eventually located it and said, "it's here!" as they approached it.

"Oh, it's well concealed," Jon observed as he approached her and noticed the gates. hidden in the woods, obscured by trees, and clearly apparent hidden in the woods When he saw it, he immediately went to it and then walked closer to it to see what was on the gates. "OK, we're going inside," he stated after looking around at everyone else.

Everyone said "all right," and then they began walking after him. They kindled a fire after they were transported to another dimension and it was pitch black, and when the light from it reached Jon, he said: "OK, now we have three routes to take."

Then, looking to Jon, Harry said, "now let's decide how we're going to get there."

That was the part I wanted to remember the most, "Jon remarked. Then he looked around at his subordinates and said, "OK, Joe and Adam, leave Harry, Natasha, you, and I in the middle, come back here, and don't you dare die."

"All right," everyone agreed, and they immediately began heading down the corridor to which the commander had directed them. When Jim followed his commander, they proceeded in this manner for a while until his flames began to reveal what was in front of them. After a few minutes of walking, Jim turned to face the captain and asked, "What should we expect here?"

"Oh, we have no idea what could be here, and from what I've heard, it could be one of those dungeons where there is nothing and was built for training purposes." Jon remarked this while glancing at Jim and Ann, who was following them with her sword in hand. Her magic sword was kept in Jon's room since, for the time being, she was unable to use it due to the possibility that her power may spiral out of control. She must first learn to control her emotions and her magic.

When Jon was walking, he thought to himself, "I hope she will follow in the footsteps of her grandfather." After a while of travelling, they came upon a massive area that, despite Jim's best efforts, could not be revealed by his magic, even when he utilised his entire might.

When Jim attempted to assist Jon in seeing what was around him, he was unable to do so, and Jon then stated, "Reduce the size of the font. I have a horrible feeling about something."

"All right," Jim remarked, and as soon as he arrived at the previous, they began strolling more slowly inside. As they were doing so, lights began to appear. When Ann first saw them, she exclaimed, "They're really stunning."

When Jon grabbed Ann's hand, which was going to be the closest thing to touching them, he cautioned, "Don't touch them, they might activate security."

"I'm sorry," she replied, and with that, they moved further into the room. The inside of this chamber has the letters "e ....r.....e....r"
