The rays of sun entered her room through the empty spaces between her curtains. She stretched her arms and rubbed her red eyes. "Good Morning" is what she was supposed to say, but unfortunately, she had been awake all night. She had been working the whole time. She looked at the time and its around 9'clock. Just as she got up her began to ringing. She walked towards it which was on the side table.

* On phone *

Scarlett: Hello, Anna

Anna: Hey, you coming to college today?

Scarlett: No, Today got the morning shift.

Anna: uh…you sound tired, did you sleep well?

Scarlett: I didn't sleep well; I was busy on a project.

Anna: Project???, you mean the one we got last week? Wow, I didn't even touch it.

Scarlett: You'll be able to complete it easily. I'm a little weak at this stuff.

Anna: we'll see. Bye, take care a lot. Eat breakfast and try to get enough sl-

Scarlett: Yes mother. Goodbye.

Scarlett turned the phone off and smiled lightly. She knew Anna always checked up on her as she knew Scarlett didn't have anyone. Scarlett brushed the thoughts of which she thought were "unnecessary". She took a quick bath and wore her regular clothes. After she realized she was getting late, therefore she hurried out of her apartment. Then, two minutes later she came back with her messy hair to looked the mirror.

Scarlett: Why do I always look so plain? Ugh… I should wear something else.

Not realizing how pretty she already looked, she walked towards her closet taking out a crop top. She changed and hurried outside.

Scarlett entered the restaurant. Unsatisfied she kept walking forward until her head banged into a wall, she turned around and saw it was actually a chest. As she looked up, she saw his face. Now she was much satisfied, a bit embarrassed at the same time. But she could handle it. She acted calmly.

Scarlett: Sorry.

The guy, for a split second, got a little lost in her eyes, a few seconds passed and he nodded a smile at her. Probably indicating an 'it's okay. Looking one last time at him, she walked towards the changing room. Just then she noticed her friend, Iris smiling at her.

Iris: I see what you did there~

Scarlett: Did I do something?

Iris: The new guy, you're into him. Aren't you?

She winks at Scarlett. At first, she kept moving her eyes to left and right; then finally locked them with Iris's. She raised a brow.

Scarlett: he's cute. But trust me I'm not interested.

Iris: His name is Jimmy Parker. He's 5 foot 9 inches. He's 21 years o---

Scarlett: I said I'm not interested.

Iris: I wouldn't be so sure. See? You wore a crop top today. And he literally joined yesterday.

Scarlett: Yes, I wore a crop top and yes it was one day after he arrived. What else? I've never worn it before? … Honey, you seem to be forgetting. I just joined last week.

Before she could say something, Scarlett gave her the killer look and she shut her mouth. Scarlett pulled something out of her pocket and handed it to her money.

Iris: What?? Are you literally paying me to, shut u.

Scarlett: Idiot. I borrowed this from you the other day. Did you forget?

Iris: Ohh that? There's no need. It's a little amount anyway.

Scarlett: I always give back what I take. Or else I can't sleep at night.

She put money in her hand.

Superior: Girls!!!, how long are you gonna take?

One of the superior workers shouted from outside. By this time Scarlett already changed into her work uniform. She started to walk away first.

Iris: Woah, she so cool (looks at the money) Scarlett!!!, Your duty on the counter!

Scarlett had heard Iris shout that she had to stand at the counter today. She walked towards the counter. Guess who her partner was…? She looked next to her to see the same hard-chested guy. She admitted he had good looks, he looked over at her and spoke…

Jimmy: Hey.

Scarlett: Hello, Jimmy.

Jimmy: You seem to know my name?

Scarlett: Of course, I do, you my co-worker

Jimmy: One day is a short period to learn about a co-worker.

He joked.

Scarlett: Are you saying that, I looked up you?

She also joked back.

Scarlett: Dear newbie, I pay a lot of concentration to my work and people start to in it.

Jimmy: It has been a week since you came here, Ms. Not-so-Newbie.

Scarlett: You know what? That means you looked up at me.

She smiled while saying that and managing some menus in her hand. Just as she looked up for an answer, he winked at her.

Jimmy: How about a proper introduction. I'm Jimmy Parker, from the UK.

Scarlett: I'm Scarlett Logan, from here. London

Before they could continue any talking, customers started to flood in, and just like that, the day started.

After work finished, Scarlett entered a coffee shop which was near the restaurant. She didn't eat breakfast nor did she have dinner. She got to the counter and ordered her favorite coffee. Tapping her feet while waiting for her order to come, she finally got it.

She was just making her way out when she started thinking about her co-worker 'Me interested in him? No way' Just then she tripped on a chair's feet. Which made her coffee fall on the shoulder of the person sitting on the chair. She quickly balanced herself without further falling.

The guy turned around to glare at her, she didn't drop the contact. 'Another handsome man. Gosh, what's going on She quickly of rid of her thoughts as she had more important things to deal with like apologizing.

Scarlett: I'm sorry. I'll pay for your coat

???: (Low voice) Even if you sold this shop, you wouldn't be able to pay for it.

She was just taking out some money from her wallet when she heard that, she looked at him confused.

Scarlett: Why? How much is it?

???: A million-dollar, can you pay me now?

She was stunned after hearing the price. "Is he kidding?" she thought. Just then she looked at his coat, it did look expensive, even his glass, shoes, and rings. And then she looked at the 50$ in her hand which she had forwarded. She put them back inside as they would be no use. This was something big for her. She always pays people back, no matter what. She couldn't sleep or eat even if she had a single penny that belonged to someone. She couldn't owe so much money to someone.

Scarlett: I'm sorry, can I do something to make up for it?

Right after she said that. The young stranger's eyes strolled all over her body. And finally met her eyes while a smirk formed on his lips.

???: Oh, you'll do anything to make up for it?

Scarlett: Yes.

He got up and got near her ear.

???: Then come with me.

She took a deep breath and looked at the people who were glancing at them. Then she looked up in the eyes of the unknown man.

Scarlett: Alright.

???: You understand what I'm saying right?

Scarlett: I'm aware of that.

???: Then follow along, best we should avoid this unnecessary attention.

They both entered his limousine. Even this guy's car was luxurious, she sat next to him. She could see the guards outside wearing black suits. 'Who is he exactly?'

Scarlett: Who are you?

???: Me? I'm Jayden Dylan.

Scarlett: Are you a businessman?

Jayden: Yes dear, crime is my business.

She looked at him with a straight face. He was grinning. Just like that, she started to look somewhere else. Yeah, maybe she got scared. She looked closely near his waist. He had a gun. She knew he was an actual gang leader. What was she gonna do? Nothing.

Soon the car stopped and guards stood outside to open the door. Even they had guns tucked in their waists. She got out together with Jayden. He held her waist and lead the way towards his apartment which was in a very expensive-looking building.

Just as she entered his apartment again, she noticed the luxuriousness. Walking towards the bed, she saws a handcuff laying there.

Scarlett: Handcuffs?

Jayden: I've gotten them on and off many times.

Scarlett: Right, you're a criminal.

She sighed.

Scarlett was holding the handcuffs in her hand when suddenly Jayden back hugged, putting her hair to one side, he inhaled her scent from her bare neck.

Jayden: Do you want this?

Scarlett: Yes, I want it.

Scarlett could hear the person on the other side of her earpiece laugh. She rolled her eyes and without any warning *Click*. The sound of handcuffs closing was heard throughout the room. Silenced. Jayden looked at his right hand which was handcuffed to the rod of the side table of the bed. He couldn't get out of the room now. He looked at Scarlett with angry eyes. She held her earpiece and started talking.

Scarlett: Send in a backup. Mission accomplished.

Jayden: Who…are you exactly?

Scarlett: I'm agent 007 from England's Intelligence Agency aka E.I.A

Jayden: So, you are agent 007…

Scarlett: Seems like you have heard of me, well I was waiting for the day I get my hands on the leader. After all, I was tired of killing those Lowe lives and perks.

Jayden: Are you talking about my men?

A slight growl was heard in his voice. He advanced towards Scarlett but she didn't move backward. She smirked and dug her heel in his right toe making him fall.

Scarlett: Oh, I forget. You are one of those perks. No different.

She bent down.

Scarlett: You thought I was going to pay you back with my body? For ruining your million-dollar coat? You should've known. I don't give a damn about the money you got from stealing banks and the homes of innocent people.

Scarlett got up and Jayden's free hand was about to reach the gun in his waist. She once again put her heels to work, but this time on his hand.

Scarlett: Don't you try. All hope is gone. Your empire will fall.

Jayden was trying to keep the pain inside. Although they were just mare heels the pressure, she put in them made them no less than a knife. Jayden spoke between him breathes.

Jayden: You…you will regret this. You don't know anything.

Scarlett: I don't care to know; all I know is that I got the heart of a gang in my hand. You go down. The whole gang does.

Jayden: You think you achieved what you wanted…you did not agh…achieve anything.

Scarlett finally let go of his hand which seemed bloody. Yes, as long as someone was wrong. She didn't care how cold she went. It was her rule. The door opened and a lot of other agents entered who took Jayden out, just as they were taking him, he kept shouting "I'll get you for this!!!".

After they had all gone, another man entered and was leaning against the wall.

???: Yes, I want it.

He imitated.

Scarlett turned around and let out a deep breath. She knew her fellows were going to tease her for a long time now. She took off her earpiece.

Scarlett: What do you want, go away. Agent 002.

This guy's name in the industry was kept 002, just like Scarlett's was kept 007. But outside they had other identities. His identity was Scott Nolan.

Scott: That's one way to talk to your leader.

She hated the fact of him being the leader. Scarlett was no.7 in the whole agency. There were about 1000's agents. She was in the top 10. And this guy was no.2. Which is quite big. Apparently, No.2 was her is and another top agent's leader. Except for no.1. he barely showed as he was always on important missions.

Scarlett: Shouldn't you be congratulating me instead of boasting about your position.

Scott: Well yeah! Congratulations. You completed the mission which you were after for a long time. And you also caught the leader of the biggest Mafia in the world.

He started to clap and smile but anyone could tell it was fake. It was as if he was forced to say it all. Scarlett walked out of the hotel room and he followed along. Both Scarlett and Scott got inside his car and he started to drive. Scarlett seemed like she was thinking hard about something. Jayden's words kept on ringing, "You did not achieve anything". She couldn't stop thinking until Scott pulled the break which gave off a jerk. She looked at him and he just let off an evil grin as he did it on purpose.

Scott: What are you thinking about?

Scarlett: Something seems off, like a leader of biggest gang caught just like that? It was too easy. And he didn't know how to fight back. Anyone can escape with handcuffs if they know some skills

Scott: Maybe he didn't know any skills?

Scarlett: Or maybe he actually wanted to get caught? Ah, I don't know.

Scott: Your plan was unpredictable. You were the only one who knew about it.

Scarlett: That's right. I seem to be overthinking.

??? 1: He got caught?

The man talked on his phone while making his way through the busy streets of London.

??? 2:Yes it seems so, all the men who were with him seem to be taken along. We reportedly got into his hotel room with a girl who he met in a coffee shop. We checked all CCTV footage of both the shop and entrance of the hotel but her face was hidden by her angle. She is most probably an agent from EIA. Do you want us to look into the matter? Or get him out?

??? 1: No. H got caught by EIA. Let rest him rest in there for a while. As for the matter, we don't need to find out the chemistry of how he got caught. I can tell he got seduced.

??? 2: So, we don't do anything?

??? 1: No, just focus on the next project.

Scarlett and Scott got into the building of their agency and were walking through the corridor. They stopped in front of a door. Inside this door was their head. His name was Henry John. He was the head of the whole branch and gave missions to the agents. He didn't learn any fighting skills. He only used his brain skills. And he most probably reported the missions to the head office. But of course, he never gave out plans as missions that were not yet achieved were confidential. They could not be told to anyone except the head and agent himself.

They both entered and looked at the chair which slowly turned around and revealed Sir Henry who was messaging his temples.

Henry: Oh Agent 002 and Agent 147!

Scarlett let out a sigh and glance at Scott who was trying to hold in his laugh but failed badly. That's when caught Henry's attention.

Henry: What? Did l say something funny?

Scarlett: Sir, I'm Agent 007, not Agent 147.

Henry: Bu—Oh right! Your name was changed last year! You used to be 147 and now you 007, that's one big achievement.

Scarlett: Sir, it was the year before that.

Scott starts to laugh.

Henry: Double zero 2 (002), you can leave the room. I have some important data to discuss.

Scarlett watched as he left after Henry said that. He probably wanted to talk about a new mission. ' But already?'

Scarlett: Did you really have to tease me like that.

Henry: Ha-ha sorry. Of course, I can't forget one of my top agents. It's just that I still remember you as that little girl. Who's joined when she was 15 after training for 10 years. Then became 147 at 15 and already moved to 007 at 17.

Scarlett: Is there a new mission?

Henry: Ah yes, You need to catch the leader of Bulletproof Gang.

Scarlett: Uh I just caught him 'narrow eyes' or did l?

Henry: I know your clever enough to tell that it wasn't him.

Scarlett: If Jayden Dylan was not the real leader. Then who was it?

Henry: Do you know why I told you to work at that chicken restaurant?

Scarlett: To balance my fake identity as a college student who works part-time? Don't tell me…

Henry: The real gang leader is the guy who just got transferred there... Jimmy Parker.
