Mr. Cameron just chuckled when he saw me looking disgruntled while putting away my phone.
"Don't mind him, he's just eager to visit someone," he said while Gallade vanished once more after giving a salute.
"It's alright, I'm the one that called before the agreed-upon time after all," I returned candidly and he gave me a nod before moving on.
"Congratulations are in order I guess. You've finally been to all booked habitats and you've managed to find a fitting partner in all of them," he peered at me when he said that. "You did find a suitable Pancham, right?" He inquired after briefly pausing his speech, but he seamlessly continued after I nodded at his question.
"With this part over, we should talk about the last few points you have left. You still have 503 AP left after the exchange for that Gravity Stone the last time, so do you plan to use them now, or do you want to keep them for the future?
The important question is whether you want to use them for an immediate need or want, or if you want to keep them in case you need them for something in the future. The choice is naturally yours," he declared before waiting for an answer.
He did not bother hiding/or masking his feelings, so I could feel his curiosity while he quietly waited for my answer. Still, I had actually thought about that before coming over this morning, and I ultimately decided on a fifty-fifty approach.
"I've actually thought about that. I want to exchange the recipes for the F-Class Healing, Energy, Burn, Freeze, Antidote, Paralyze, and Awakening Elixir, as well as the Numbing Poison. I also want the recipe for the E-Class Healing Elixir," I listed the items I had chosen from the exchange index I was given previously.
"Hm, 30 AP for each F-Class recipe, and 50 AP for the E-Class one, so that's a total of 290 AP. That would leave you with 213 AP. However, I have to ask if you're really sure about your choices," he inquired probably wondering what I was going to do with so many low-class recipes.
"Yes, I'm sure," I confirmed with a nod. "I plan to use those in the orphanage I plan to open, so F and E-Class recipes are just right for that," I clarified and he gave a nod to show his understanding.
"Give me a moment," he said before he turned to his computer. Two minutes later the printer began working and a total of 19 pages were printed out.
"I'll give you the warning just in case. While you are free to teach the recipes to others, as long as they agree not to share them with others, don't go around spreading them carelessly. Unlike the publicly available versions, these are copyrighted, and you'll receive a penalty if you do that," Mr. Cameron warned me before taking out one of the papers and sliding it toward me.
I looked at it and saw that it was a document that had the warning in writing, and I had to sign it to show that I accepted the condition. It also mentioned that every person I taught would have to sign a binding document before they were allowed to learn the recipes. They were allowed to use it and sell the products, but they could neither sell nor teach the recipe to others.
After I signed the document, Mr. Cameron handed over the rest of the papers to me and a quick look revealed that each recipe had two pages, one with ingredients, and one with the instructions.
"I plan to keep the rest of the academy points for the future," I told him after putting away the stack of papers.
"That's good," he responded with a nod. "With that, we're done I guess," he said while standing up from his seat, and I followed suit. "I don't know when we'll see each other again. It might take a few years, so make sure to take care of yourself," he said while he patted me on the shoulder.
"I will," I replied, and he gave me another pat. "I know you will," he responded with a nod. "Still, you have my number, so if anything big comes up that you can't solve, don't forget to call me," he told me with a reassuring smile.
"Oh, and don't forget that you're a member of the Aura Guardian Order now, so if you come across any mortal or hazardous situation, you can rely on the order as well. Moreover, if you want to, you can apply for missions there as well, so keep that in mind," he added seemingly as an afterthought.
"I will, sir," I acknowledged before going for a slight bow, but he stopped me from doing that by placing his hand on my right shoulder. "Thank you for everything you have done for me," I said with heartfelt gratitude.
"Anytime," he replied with a happy smile, and I hesitated for a moment before I gave him a quick hug that he returned. I wished him a good evening and left his office after that to make my way out of the academy. This time it had a feeling of finality, so I did not hurry on my way out.
When I arrived at the academy gate, I stopped for a moment and turned around to give the academy a final look. I probably stood there for close to a minute, before I turned back around and made my way home.
I opted to walk instead of going for a faster alternative, and I thought back to the time I spent here while I was walking. 3 years had gone by just like that, and quite a few things happened during that time.
All in all, I felt like I had closed a chapter in my new life and that a new chapter was about to start. Anyway, I stopped all those thoughts once I made it to our door, and entered using the key.
"I'm back," I shouted while closing the door behind me, and I heard mom as well as dad shouting back "welcome home." They were already coming towards me when I headed to the living room and mom hugged me in greeting.
We set the table together, and as usual, we talked about our day. I told them how my visit went and about the recipes I exchanged. They spoke about the things they did, which were doing house chores as well as training for mom, and paperwork as well as training for dad.
"We'll be moving back to our home in Hope Town on Kyoday next week, so we have 6 days to pack up everything that has to be brought along," dad announced after mentioning the paperwork he had to do.
Neither mom nor I were too surprised by that since we had already been expecting to move before the end of the month, so within the next 10 days. Nonetheless, we talked a bit about the things that had to be done, and saying goodbye to friends as well as acquaintances was one of the things that came up.
After dinner, I spent an hour with my parents before I went up to my room. There I sent the news that I would be moving back to Kanto on Kyoday to our group chat, before sending an extra message to Yoruichi, with whom I had been texting semi-regularly.
Some replies came nearly instantly and while I was answering them, some more replies came in, so I spent close to the next half an hour chatting with those that had already seen the message.
There were some offers to help with packing up our stuff and moving, but I declined their help since we had more than enough hands to deal with anything.
Tyson/Machamp, Mars/Ursaring, and Seb/Nidoking could help with any heavy lifting, and there were also enough psychics that could take care of any lifting and moving stuff even without those three, so we really did not need any help with packing.
Only after I finished chatting with the others did I enter Utopia, and I released Pancham once I appeared inside my house. I gave him the run down while he went through the optimization process, and I took a look at his new status screen once the process was done.

Well, what can I say, his potential was more than halfway through to deep purple, and he could reach light aurora if he broke through to the silver stage after completing the limit breaking.
Honestly, with the amount of prospective aurora potential Pokemon I had right now, I had to once more reflect on how unbelievable Utopia's optimization bonus coupled with being able to track and reach the absolute parameter limit of Pokemon was. Especially when it was coupled with a high starting point potential-wise.
Other than that, his quirk made me wonder if I had to worry about/deal with it, but I decided to observe Pancham for a while first before making any decision.
If his mischievousness was of the harmless variety then I would leave it be, but if it was not harmless, then I would definitely have to deal with it before his evolution because I did not want to deal with a genuine dark type with a malicious mischief streak.
His high parameters meant less work for me so I was happy about that, and I was not surprised to see his dark energy manipulation mastery since he had a full/standard dark affinity along with multiple dark-type moves.
I was however positively surprised that he had raised one of his moves to advanced mastery, and the number of moves he knew was pretty good as well.
Honestly, Pancham could be considered ready for his evolution to Pangoro, but I would have to talk to him about it first to see what he wanted to do.
It would ultimately depend on what he said, but I felt that waiting until all his parameters reached A would give us time to work together and get to know each other better, which would definitely be good before he gained his dark typing.
While I did not have any problems with any of my Pokemon that gained an additional dark typing so far, that was because our bond and relationship were pretty developed by the time that happened.
From what I read and heard, Pokemon that gained the dark typing tended to be a lot more rebellious and difficult to deal with if the relationship with the trainer was not good enough. As I said, I had no reason to worry about it until now, but I felt as if taking such precautions with Pancham was prudent since he was a new arrival.
Once I had a solid foundation, I would not mind going ahead with the evolution since I was confident that my food and my strength would be enough to keep him perfectly in line without increasing the difficulty of bonding further with him.
Anyway, once I was done with the rundown, I led Pancham outside and called the others over for his welcoming party, while he was observing the surroundings in awe. I decided to go through with the party today since it was only 8:30 p.m right now.
