The next day, Briel blinked as the scent of masculine perfume penetrated her senses. She saw Erland wearing his watch right in front of the makeup mirror in the bedroom.
As he had told Briel last night, today he was going to Bandung. Something was bothering his mind precisely after the fire in his working room broke out that night. Erland was sure his father knew something about what he was thinking at this time. Erland felt the need to solve this problem by finding out the root of the problem. Maybe, after meeting with his father, he can resolve his curiosity.
"Good morning," Erland greeted when he realized Briel had woken up.
Briel sat down.
"What's the time now?" asked Briel.
"Still at 6, I woke up early. If you want, you take a shower first. I will prepare breakfast. After that I will take you to your painting school," said Erland.
Briel was silent to hear that Erland will take her to her painting school. Erland was very considerate.
