"What's wrong? Do you mind?" asked that woman who was none other than Erland's mother.
Yes, according to what Erland's father said to Erland on the phone last night, Erland's father said that Erland's mother would visit Erland's residence, and early in the morning, Erland's mother had arrived at Erland's residence. Unfortunately, Briel didn't remember that it was Erland's mother.
"If you care about him, you're the one delivering breakfast to the monster," said Briel.
"Hey! You are really rude! I am Erland's mother. What's your problem? I asked you to deliver breakfast for Erland. Because he is your husband!" said Erland's mother, annoyed.
Briel was surprised. She covers her face.
'How could I forget that human mother's face? ' thought Briel.
"Sorry, I don't think Madam is Erland's mother. Besides, how can I deliver breakfast for Erland? I don't know the address of his office," said Briel awkwardly.
Briel might be rude to Erland, but still, she would respect those who were older than her. After all, she hated Erland, not his mother.
"Really, what if I'm not Erland's mother? You also have to deliver breakfast for Erland, because you're his wife. And what are you saying? Is my son a monster? He's handsome, can't you see it? Now, give me your mobile phone number. I'll send you his office location," said Erland's mother, annoyed.
Erland's mother had been suspicious from the start. Briel is a spoiled child. How could Erland wake up before Briel? Was Briel not taking good care of Erland? What's more, Briel's attitude was extremely disrespectful. Making Erland's mother couldn't help but scold Briel.
Briel gave her contact to Erland's mother. She was lazy to listen to Erland's mother's nagging and chose to just obey.
Not long after, a location message came from Erland's mother.
"Deliver it to that address. Just tell the receptionist that you came on my orders, Erland's mother. If she says something, call me immediately. And yes. Don't tell Erland is a monster, my son is perfect, but you call him a monster," said Erland's mother.
Briel tried to smile kindly. Briel thought it was not good to continue arguing with Erland's parents. However, parents will always defend their children. Briel was sure that it would be a waste to tell Erland's attitude to her in front of Erland's mother.
"Okay, I'll deliver breakfast for Erland," said Briel and picked up the paper bag on the table. Briel got up from the chair.
"Why don't you have breakfast first? You can go to Erland's office after breakfast," Erland's mother said.
'Does she care about me? ' thought Briel.
"Don't let you be skinny, and your parents blame Erland because you don't eat breakfast properly," Erland's mother said.
"I'll just have breakfast at the office, with Erland. Besides, if I eat breakfast here, I'll be late for painting school. Erland's office and where I paint are in different directions," said Briel.
"Oh," said Erland's mother.
Briel didn't speak anymore. Of course, he reasoned because it was uncomfortable sitting alone with Erland's mother. Briel didn't even think about having breakfast with Erland. There's no way she could do that. Seeing Erland's face made her lose her appetite.
Briel left the dining table and rushed to her car. After that, Briel left the Erland residence and headed for Erland's office.
*** On the way to Erland's office.
'Why am I being like a courier? ' mumbled Briel. Briel looked at her watch. It was almost half-past eight in the morning.
'Damn it! ' annoyed Briel.
Briel doesn't know what happened that morning. Maybe even people who working have arrived at their office. However, the streets were quite congested that morning.
'I'll be late, I could be punished again,' murmured Briel anxiously.
'It's all because of that monster, he always gets me in trouble,' thought Briel.
*** Time passed, approaching eight o'clock Briel arrived at Erland's office. Briel had no trouble entering Erland's office, even when she got to the receptionist and said she wanted to meet Erland, the receptionist let her in and gave directions to Erland's working room.
Arriving in front of Erland's working room, Briel knocked on the door but there was no answer from Erland. Briel opened the door of Erland's working room.
Briel looked around, no one was there.
Briel approached the bathroom door, she open the door.
"Who?" Erland shouted in surprise seeing Briel. He then smoothed out his pants. Briel went into the bathroom while Erland was urinating.
"Damn it!" shouted Briel.
Briel's heart skipped a beat.
'He's such an asshole! As soon as I entered, he turned around before putting on his pants! He surprised me! ' mumbled Briel annoyed.
Erland opened the door so hard it hit the barrier on the wall. He looked at Briel annoyed and confused. How could Briel be in his office?
Briel's face heated up, she remembered Erland's intimate parts she saw.
"What are you doing here?" Erland asked.
"Bring breakfast for you," said Briel as she handed Erland the paper bag in her hand.
Erland frowned. Briel refuses to look at him.
'My face is so hot, I think I have a fever,' thought Briel. Briel couldn't stand being around Erland. She wanted to leave Erland immediately.
"Here take it!" said Briel, annoyed as she forced Erland to take the paper bag.
"I suspect, why did you deliver breakfast to me? Do you want to poison me?" said Erland suspiciously.
Briel glared at Erland. She approached Erland and pulled the office coat Erland was wearing, so the two of them were very close.
"If it weren't for your mother asking for it, I wouldn't want to bring that breakfast here either! My life isn't so free that I have to take care of you!" said Briel, annoyed.
"Why do you have to be this close? Did you feel excited after seeing my bird?" Erland asked with a perverted smile.
Briel's face grew hotter. She pushed Erland's body.
"Crazy!" said Briel, annoyed, and rushed out of Erland's working room. She goes to her car.
In the car, Briel's thoughts kept returning to what she had seen in the bathroom earlier. Briel became annoyed with herself, how could she think of such indecent things?
* * * Meanwhile, in Erland's working room.
Erland received a call from his mother right after Briel dropped out of his working room.
'Yes, Mom? '
'Has Briel reached the office yet? Did she bring you breakfast? Mommy told her to bring breakfast. You don't have time for breakfast at home," Erland's mother said.
Erland was silent for a moment, apparently what Briel said was true. It was his mother who asked Briel to deliver breakfast. So, it is clear that there is no poison in the food. Erland became wary of Briel because Briel always did things he never expected.
'Yeah, she just left,' Erland said.
"She didn't have breakfast with you first?" asked Erland's mother.
'No, is this breakfast for two?' Erland asked.
'Yes, Briel doesn't have breakfast at home, he said it would be late if he had breakfast at home. Why did you let him go without breakfast first? ' said Erland's mother.
"How would I know," said Erland.
'Hurry after her! Take her to breakfast with you! ' said Erland's mother.
'She must have left here,' Erland said.
'Reason! She's your wife! You are responsible for the food! ' said Erland's mother, sounding angry.
Erland growled, he ended the call and ignored his mother's orders. He was reluctant to go after Briel.
'Is my life so relaxed? She's an adult. Why should I take care of her? It's up to her whether she wants breakfast or not, I don't care," Erland muttered.
