At the Painting School.
Briel put her elbows on the table, her holding a glass of orange juice.
"He's annoying! It's all because of him, I came late!" said Briel, annoyed.
Yes, half an hour ago, when Briel arrived at her painting school, she was not allowed to take painting classes because of her tardiness. Gerald again refused to allow Briel into his class. That day was the announcement of the value of the painting assignment given before.
"Briel!"
Briel turned her head, she heard Jenny's voice. Briel looked in the direction where the voice came from. Yes, sure enough, Jenny was approaching her.
"So how long have you been here?" Jenny asked as she sat across from Briel.
"You think? I'm upset! I woke up on time, I shouldn't be late, but because of him I came here late!" annoyed Briel.
"Who?" Jenny asked while looking at Briel curiously.
Briel sighed. It seems she talks too much.
"Nothing, just a dog passing by," said Briel.
"What? Were you being chased by a dog, Briel?" asked Jenny, surprised.
"No, it's fine. I'm just a little annoyed," said Briel.
"Okay, forget it. Oh, yeah. Mr. Gerald will give you a grade for your painting assignment, Briel," Jenny said, making Briel's expression turn enthusiastic.
"Really? Where is he now? Is he in his room?" asked Briel.
"He's gone, he left this with me," Jenny said, showing Briel a slip of paper.
Briel raised her eyebrows suspiciously. Was that the value of her painting assignment? How could the famously cold Gerald give her value through just a piece of paper? Even though Gerald might be angry that Briel was late, wouldn't that be too much?
"It was from Mr. Gerald for you, he said I should give it to you," Jenny said.
"Hmm..." Briel took the paper and read what was written on it.
'Since you're late again today, then you can't take your assignment grades. But, if you want to get your assignment grades today, come to my house. Incidentally, I'm on vacation until next week. But, if you don't want your current value, that's okay. You can wait until next week when I come back.'
Briel thought for a moment. By the way, something's weird. What era is it now? Is anyone still thinking of sending a letter?
Hahaha...
"Hey, Briel!" Jenny shrieked, she was surprised to hear Briel suddenly laugh so loudly, as if it was something really funny that caused her to laugh.
"Gosh! What era is this? He's sending me letters," said Briel and was still laughing. After passing through an annoying morning, now there is something quite comforting for her.
"Indeed, in what era did people like to send letters?" Jenny asked curiously.
"How do I know? I've only seen in ancient stories that men give love letters to their girlfriends," said Briel.
"Really? I didn't know that," Jenny said.
Briel just chuckled. Their characters are different. Briel likes to read old stories. It was enough to inspire her to paint.
While Jenny, Jenny is happy with Korean dramas that are full of dramatic scenes. It's no wonder Jenny has an easy-going temper. Jenny was a gentle girl, she rarely spoke harshly.
'Could it be, he's about to do something bad? Why tell me to come to his house?' Briel felt anxious, suddenly a strange thought filled her head. There have been many instances where a teacher harassed his students by asking them to come to his house.
Briel remembered Erland's words last night which said her body was flat, so it was unattractive in the eyes of men.
'That human again! I'm pissed off, his face sucks! I wanted to throw something in his face!' Briel thought in annoyance as Erland's face that was sinister in anger crossed her mind.
Briel flipped the paper, Gerald's home address was there.
'This is my home address. If you want to come, then come later in the afternoon. '
"So what's in the love letter?" Jenny asked.
Briel turned to Jenny quickly. What did she say? Love letter? Jenny's words surprised her a little. Just because Briel said that in the past there were situations of sending love letters to each other, it didn't mean that Gerald had also sent her love letters.
"It's about my grades, not a love letter," Briel said.
"Oh," said Jenny.
"Oh yeah, Briel. Can I stay at your house now? I miss talking to you," Jenny said.
"How could it be!" Briel said while looking at Jenny in shock.
Jenny was also shocked to see Briel's response. What's wrong with Briel? thought Jenny.
"Why?" Jenny asked.
"It's all right," said Briel.
Briel didn't know what to say to Jenny. Jenny doesn't know that she is married and living with Erland. Jenny didn't know what happened that night either. Briel regretted what happened that night because she and Jenny slept in separate rooms. Maybe if she and Jenny had slept together that night, things would have been different. Briel will never meet Erland and will not always be overshadowed by the grudge that continues to follow her wherever she goes.
"Why? I just miss the time we spent together, and talked about so many things," Jenny said sadly.
'Hem... If you stay in that house, then sleep with me, maybe we'll have a sleep threesome like that human said,' thought Briel.
For some reason, whatever Erland said seemed to keep ringing in Briel's ears so that Briel could remember it well.
"I'll come to your house later, how about it?" asked Briel.
"Is that true?" asked Jenny.
"Yes, of course," said Briel confidently.
"Okay, how about today?" said Jenny enthusiastically.
"Not now," said Briel.
"Why?" Jenny asked.
'There are my in-laws,' thought Briel.
"It's okay, I was told to go to Mr. Gerald's house to pick up my grades, so I'll come another time, okay," said Briel.
"Hmm... All right," Jenny said resignedly.
"Let's go, I want to go shopping," said Briel and hastily pulled Jenny to come with her. They go to the mall for shopping.

In one of the malls.
Briel and Jenny are waiting in line at the ice cream restaurant. Briel's habits since childhood have never changed, she still likes to eat ice cream.
In the middle of the line, Briel's mobile phone rings. Briel looked at her mobile phone and there was a call from an unknown number. Briel ignored the call, she thought it unimportant. She didn't even know whose number it belonged to.
Briel paid for her ice cream and went to one of the tables. Arriving at the table, again Briel got a call from the same number.
"Who exactly called me?" said Briel annoyed. Briel doesn't like it when her fun time is interrupted.
"Just answer first, Briel," Jenny said.
Briel answered the call.
'Hello! Who's this?' asked Briel.
There was no answer until Briel asked a second time. However, still no answer.
'Hello! If it's nothing important, you better drown your phone! So disturbing!' said Briel annoyed.
Jenny was flabbergasted.
"Hey, Briel. Don't be so fierce," Jenny warned.
"This must be a prankster, must be scolded!" said Briel annoyed.
'Who's a prankster?' someone asked.
