"I know. But you don't have to, Lucas. Ah, come on... I can't even enjoy this Creme Brulee because of arguing with you," Ellena moaned softly as she looked down at her empty plate.
The woman immediately turned her gaze to Lucas. Then, looking at the man expectantly, hopefully his husband will bring back the typical French desert.
"Okay, okay, I'll get another one for you." Lucas knew very well the meaning of Ellena's gaze.
Immediately the man took a step and headed towards the place where the Creme Brulee was served. Of course he did it with pleasure. His argument with Ellena wasn't something he had to keep to heart.
Everything was done for the pleasure of the woman. So that Ellena could enjoy the dessert whenever she wanted.
