Slowly, he jerks his hands in his pocket and nodding his head he said. "Sure." And he sent a smile on my way.
He made his way towards the canoeman and I stay stagnant in my place waiting for his response. Shortly, approached me after a few moments.
Abruptly, he raises his hand towards me indicating to hold his pale hand.
Displaying a smile at him, I whispered. "You have your hands all over someone." I continued to move forward.
As I reached to the shore, I see freckled trout were leaping for flies and thunking on its surface.
Shortly, I approach to the canoe and placed myself on the wooden long seat and soon, he approached and placed himself at a distance from me on the seat which was opposite to mine.
The canoeman pulled up the anchor rope under the lake and tugs on the pointed edge of the canoe. Slowly, the canoeman placed himself between the pair of bladed paddles and moving forth the paddles he begins to take a sail.
The lake was beyond the end I could look for.
As we depart further, he curved the canoe gently discovering in the middle of the lake lays a cave quite like a valley.
The surrounding was politely lined with pine trees and the whiff of mint wafted up to us.
The serrated mountains loomed in the distance and they were all crumpled at the base. The foot one of the mountain was covered with dark pitch algae and the vault was still and restful. The soothing sensation of unruffled wind caused me goose bumps.
The idyllic scene took our breath away.
"It's beautiful!" I screamed with excitement.
The sound rang out from the shimmering emptiness of space around the valley and I widely grin at him.
All of a sudden, he said. "You seem to be enjoying a lot." And I nodded my head .
Glaring with his grey orbs he smirk at me and added. "Didn't I mention that I will make your day better."
I forcibly curve my lips into a smile and responded to him. "I'm the one, who made you come here and you could stop taking unnecessary credits."
His pink lips let out a laugh.
I don't know anything about him and I assume this is better place to ask questions about him.
Unexpectedly, I asked around out of my curiosity. "Aresco, I never asked you about yourself?" And I bit my bottom lip nervously.
For a few moments he dumbfoundedly gazed at me as if I had asked him to create another cosmo.
Blinking his eyes at me, he regained his certain senses back and pronounced. "And you never let me know your name."
Internally, I groaned. Indeed, his comeback was outrageous.
Oops! I never mentioned my name to him.
Froaning my brows, I intent to deceive him. "Oh-oh! Really? Didn't I mention my name before?"
He rolling his eyes and stated obvious. "You didn't."
Shrugging my shoulders I pronounced with a lie. "Oh-Well, my name is Spark December from Los Angeles and I'm on an excursion with my high school mates."
He lifts his arched brow in a playfull manner and said. "Oh! Spark December, ah? After all, my patience was worthy of hearing a gracious name." And he smirked at me.
"Sometimes I get the feeling I'm being harassed by your teasing." I said in disbelief.
"Aw, really? My little Spark is offended?" He laughed off.
I narrowed my eyes at him dragging death glare and yelled. "What do you mean by little Spark!"
"Ain't you cute?" His lips never leave a smirk.
"Whatever!" I frowned while blushing.
Raising my perfect arched brow, I asked. "And what you do for your livelihood, Aresco Fade?"
I'm an assistant of the CEO Bravia." He stated casually.
"What? How do you make yourself available aside from assistance? You seemed to be always procurable." I asked in wonder.
"Well, my chief is on the vacation." He stated.
Rolling my eyes, I said. "Oh, in this case, you're easily accessible to your pretty girlfriends, Ah?"
Smirking at me, he said. "Kind of true, Currently, I'm in charge of chief blind dates and I'm disguised to be him." Soon he added shaking his head. "I got no girlfriends."
I reminisce the dinner with him, pointing at his lie, I groaned. "But at the dinner, that girl clearly cursed your name and I assume her name was-."
He cut me off and said. "Bella bandlaguda, she's the daughter of chiefs' business dealer man." He paused and shortly, added. "Well, the chief and I had a contract. He was not ready to date these women instead, I was dating her. Strangely enough, you claimed yourself my girlfriend with a baby. Anyway, we have lost the trade and the women too."
As those words hit me, my eyes popped out in disbelief.
"I'm sorry for your loss." I said concernedly and added defending to her. "I never really thought that you were dating for her business purpose."
I felt bad about her that she were getting dragged between there business. She's not a slovenly woman.
"Oh, calm down. You're assuming completely wrong. To be honest, our relationship was not at all serious from the beginning. You know, dealers has different objectives." He defended.
My instincts refuse to accept what he said.
Willing to investigate further details I asked in an unconcerned manner. "In spite of that, you take this women even to the malls for shopping and a white bouquet for them."
"Shopping for what?" He asked in a confusion.
"Never mind." I shrugged off.
Why would I even mind if he's got a girlfriends? Am I jealous or something?
Taking a few moments of collecting a memory, he broke the silence and announced in realization. "Oh! Are you referring to my cousin? Oleen Lavender. She's not my girlfriend."
Nodding my head, I said casually. "Oh, cousin."
Instead of gazing in my hazel orbs he avert his grey eyes from me and said. "And the bouquet was for my mother."
Clasping my hand in wonder I exclaimed. "Ah! You have a family."
Slightly he nod his head and added. "I do. So, do you?"
"Yeah, I have over possessive parents." I said nonchalantly.
"That was day when my dearly mother passed away four years ago and she was fond of white flowers." He sadly smiled at my direction.
I do remember, on Mandy's birthday. I went to florist where his presence were already exists. He were sad and had red bags under his eyes.
"You have my condolence." I whispered dolefully.
The atmosphere around us was filled with distress and abruptly, he broke the silence and mourned. "Every little memories of her flash back in my eyes and I really do miss her. I wasn't ready to accept her grief." And he halted.
Shortly, he added. "Unexpectedly, you attached a new memory on that day with your songs and moves." Recalling our little joyous his face had a smile of elate.
My cheeks started fuming up in embarrassment. Gushing my blushed cheek away, I shrugged my shoulders and said. "Every sadness has a end."
He nodded his head with a smile.
The atmosphere around has tranquil aura and the lake delights to lift us free.
All of a sudden, he narrowed his grey eyes at me and pronounced each word with a serious tone. "So, you are possessive parents who allow her teenage young daughter to wander alone in the huge city without her companions around?"
His seriousness gave me chill to my spine. He figured out my lie?
I raised my eyebrows in confusion and asked. "Why are you concerned?" I narrowed the eyes at him.
Shaking his head, he said with a hopeless. "A little wingless sparrow is still a dolt."
