I frowned my eyebrows together and asked in wonder. "Au-auction?" I paused and gasped at his severe remark. "Ah! Are you crazy, such a dummy butt you are."
His lips let out a laugh and whispered. "There are not dumb, but they are the prettiest like you."
My jaw dropped at his unaware statement for a moment and the widen hazel eyes stuck back to his mischievous grey eyes.
After, gathering up my posture I hissed glaring at him from the mirror. "Look, they may be prettier and pleasing to your eye." I halt for a moment in disbelief and soon added. "But how you dare to compare me with those yuck butts of yours." While I acted like I'm about to puke.
His eyes never leaving mine from the mirror and with an affirmation he nodded his head while said amorously. "Yes, you're pleasing to my eyes too."
Rolling my eyes at him, I uttered. "If you're done with your idiotic affection. Will you just drop me at my place. I'm already too late. Please." At the last, I pleaded to him.
"Dirty tongue knows how to request." He teased.
Forcing a tight smile at him, I mumbled. "Yes, only when needed."
Without averting his eyes from me, he flirted. "Well, where do you want me to drop you at your place or my place?"
Since, I had no clue I glared at him in disgust from the mirror and stayed inside the car as I was already hopeless in the heavy rain.
The sound of the twisting key resonated and he fetch the car in a motion.
I internally frowned. Such a nuisance he were.
All of a sudden, I flinched at the sound of a ramp tone in the dark and my hasty hands started digging for the cell phone in the purse.
While I wondered who will be at this hour? Mandy? Mom or dad? Oh, god! Did they discovered the lie? Are they going to digest me alive?
My nerves tensed up as I don't exactly remember where I kept it as I was not able to conquer the phone in between the many shopping bags and the gloomy mess of the purse. Although glancing through the purse and the covers. I didn't found the mobile. Abruptly, I realized that I also carry a clutch bag and my hands started looking.
I sensed the plam size leather clutch bag and while grasping I bring out from the shopping bag. In a disappointment, my lips formed in a thin line.
This is the new clutch bag I purchased today.
Ugh!
The ringtone of the phone paused for a while and soon it started ringing again.
Hopefully, I tried to search again and exclaimed to myself. "Finally." Without looking at the caller ID I received the call.
Hearing. "Hey, Spar-" On the other side. I cut her off and I mumbled gently so he wouldn't hear. "I'm on the way, Mandy. Bye." I hung up.
Resting my head against the head restraints I started out through the window of the car and sighed in relief. Thank god, It was Mandy!
"A violent rage ringtone exactly resembles your voice. Even though you're pretty." He commented.
My lips agape at his statement and I mumbled. "Such a meanie you are!" And he averted his eyes from the mirror.
The raw, shiny streets reflected the faint facade of grey clouds. The place had an aura of dusky tranquil and gleamy happiness.
Cold sensation causes them to close the gap between their loved ones. Few couples were locked their lips under the pleasant rain.
I smiled at them.
"Enjoying the view?" A familiar voice surprised me disturbing the peace he whispered.
Forcing a tight smile at him, I rolled my eyes and said. "I was."
His grey eyes landed on the rare mirror and met with my eyes. "Why wouldn't you step out and enjoy the rain?" While he pronounced stressing on 'step out'.
Glaring back at him I stated. "Don't take a trouble to suggest, drop me as soon as possible." and soon I mumbled to myself. "Maybe my time was bad."
"You're the one who trouble me in the first place who got in my car without my approval and it's my sincerity that I preferred to drop you. I can't leave behind an immature lady on the rough streets." He said solicitously.
My jaw dropped at his statement and the eyebrows twitch in a frown. An im-immature lady?
A frustration began to boil within me and gritting my teeth yet I calmly pronounced. "I didn't know the paris drivers had the nerves of arrogance and selfishness." And added. "And you have a big mouth with a bigger swollen-head as well."
Abruptly he halted the taxi.
Without turning his head, he squalled. "Get out."
Eating my words back, I flinched. "What? I can't it is raining out there and I have not reached yet." While I frowned.
Giving a pause at the each word. "I said. Get. Out." He howled again.
Did I offend him? In this unable-to-see-further-clearly rain, I'll appear like a lost puppy with these covers.
Gushing the thought away I weirdly chuckle and hesitatingly said. "Alright, okay. Mr.driver ple-"
All of a sudden he jerked himself out from the car giving me a pause in midway. And soon he opened the car door of my side while he vexedly said. "Come out!"
"What?" I scrowled
He slightly bends his posture outside the car, as I didn't move an inch from my place. His warm hand caught my wrist and pushed me out and he made me land on the sidewalk.
Before I turn to face him, he already grasped out all my stuff and gripping tightly his hand formed into a fist and he approached me with a stomped leg.
My drippy hazel eyes widen up at his swamped grey appearance and the moist lips apart in wonder.
His stern facade confronting mine and his long lashes gripped the droplets to gaze at me with his stiff grey eyes.
I felt a quick sensation of touch on my hand and I slightly lowered my head to look as he were making me hold the shopping bags. All of a sudden he leaned forward causing me to not flinch for a moment and to stay freeze.
His lips brushed against my earlobe giving shiver to my spine and he whispered. "Stay wide awake before dragging someone forcibly."
I stood there stunned and he disappeared in the thin air.
