Shu - No it's not,...For to use that move, you have to lower your bey while attacking the opponent from down downhill direction...It need to make contact with opponent's Forge Disc to sent it flying or burst....And Ryuga could have finished this match with burst because of the insane speed L-Drago when it went towards to attack but his bey slowed down when made contact with Wvryon....it only means one thing...
Kensuke - Ryuga purposely slowed down L-Drago's attack power to prolong the match....He is aiming to completely destroy Wakiya's will and his Bey.....said as he looked at Ryuga who is looking at Wakiya with predatory eyes....

You see when L-Drago attack Wvryon, within a second it sent Wvryon flying, also it looked like it passed through Wvryon's defence.. actually in reality..it didn't.
