The weather was rapidly changing as we approached the Cebu shelter. A storm was slowly creeping into the southernmost part of the island. The storm looked somewhat different. It was rumbling with stray thunder bolts appearing from time to time. It looked like one of those beautiful storms that would appear on plain lands after a long drought which rarely happens in the philippines.
"That is not a natural storm." Alice spoke to her communicator. She was seated on the front next to Chealsea. "I could feel an extremely powerful psyche user manipulating it."
Queencies eyes widened. "You mean he could control the weather? How is that even possible?"
