Nile hearing this was surprised then looked at Yule, this 14 year old girl who is actually an assistant of Ron.
Ron looked at me confused then explained that Yule usually helps in making some cutlery with him and is great at following instructions.
Nile finally understood but he didn't want a girl this young to be working in such a hot place until Yule noticed what I was thinking and said hurriedly.
" Don't worry I've been assisting him for two years now so don't worry I've got experience so please let me stay I really want to learn as well"
Seeing she looked so pleadingly towards Nile with those eyes which Nile then said " Why don't you rest more didn't you just get over a fever a while ago what will Yuce say"
Yule pouted and folded her arms and said " He said the same thing but I told him that I would be there assisting you and he said yes"
This boy literally sent his sister here just because she said she was assisting me. You can just imagine the trouble she will get into in the future when she uses my name as an excuse.
Ron hearing this laughed and said " you took my little assistant it's fine after all learning from early is a good thing for her, so let's hurry now times wasting and we're talking instead of forging"
Nile just went with the flow of things and let Yule help but before that he handed them safety equipment made by him to be careful as the first thing I did was make a motor for the metal cutting saw.
This was done by using the Static Magnets forming them in a wheel shape with a hole in the middle using heat to melt them down into a mold of an appropriate size then cooling in water and grinding them with a grinding wheel.
The next thing that was made was a rotary belt from the sap from the tree with a mold which I did a lot of and in two different sizes to lessen the time then waited for them to set.
The next thing is to take out some copper he has and melt them down as well then hammer out the impurities with precision with the use of a scan and after 5 minutes there was pure copper.
It was melted into a copper coil mold and taken out in a heated state and fed through a tool that forces it into shape and continually went through more until I got a thin line of copper wire.
Everyone looked in awe of the process with me telling them what I'm doing and why and even answering their queries if they had any.
To make it more interactive I told them to take out the rotary belt molds and told Yule and Ron to prepare the iron and added equal amounts of Oscillatory Stone which they melted down after which I went over to start the steel making process adding coke and limestone to help remove the impurities to get liquid steel and Oscillatory Stone mixture.
Then I allowed them to pour out some of the molten steel and Oscillatory Stone in a chainsaw-like mold as well as an ovalish shaped wheel and waited for it to set, then put it to cool in water then used the grinder to take off the excess and whetstone to sharpen it.
The Oval shaped wheel was cooled off and grinded to have a slot to hold a smaller rotary belt.
The Stallite was also melted down to make a rod to go with copper wire to provide rotational power to the rotary belt making a small rotor. It was also used to make a holder for the saw part for stability.
Two rotors were made, one to transfer the energy to the second rotor to spin the saw.
After a while Nile finally completed the pieces that needed to be made and was ready to put them apart and while this was happening everyone was taking notes as Ile spoke why this was done and why it had to be that shape.
Nile then finally pieced everything together and just needed to take out the case to hold all the components.
He took out the case that was in the kiln seeing that it was ready and waited for it to cool down then he finally put the pieces in while having a little slot to separate and join the static magnets.
Seeing that it was finally complete, an hour and 20 minutes of work in all its glory.
The others looked at it as well wondering how it would work.
Nile then handed over to Yule which looked at it as if it was an artifact even though she doesn't know how it works Nile still gave her the honor to try his first original work.
Yule was so happy that she sai " Can I really turn it on can I, can I"
Nile then said " Yes all you need to do is switch the button but first hold the sharp part out wards as its dangerous"
Nile then showed her the power switch which she used to turn on the machine which let out a buzzing sound seeing the thin sharp parts spinning everyone jumped in shock and joy seeing this .
Some said they had to try and make their own and seeing the Metal cutting saw in the hands of Yule they wanted to try but first he wanted to try out the cutting power so Nile prepared some thick iron he made in advance.
Yule walked up to it then placed the saw on the iron sheet and everyone including Yule, Ron and me were shocked as barely any pressure was put on it and it cut through like it was butter.
Nile thought the steel and Oscillatory Stone mixture was the cause of this making it even more powerful than those made from special materials on earth.
And the steel now he calls it Oscillation Steel and right now these people were witnessing the first technological product on Visteria no two products which are the motor and the automatic Metal cutting Saw.
