"Tara," howled Kasma, fumbling in the dark labyrinth. "What is this? Where are you?"
The Moriyan asked. His emotions were in disarray. He was feeling both excited and scared. There was something in the air. Something alive. If he had to put the weird feeling into words, then the air had come alive. It was sighing in his ears and whispering in his mind.
His heart was thudding like a trapped rabbit, while his soul wanted to flow out of his body as if wanted to meet its long lost soulmate.
Why did she bring him here? And what was this strange place? He wondered as he called out again,
"Tara! What is…" A cotton soft and warm touched his dried lips.
"Shush! Don't shout! You will wake them up!" Tara had appeared ahead out of pitch black dark.
"Just follow me!" She said as she dragged him into the twisted and rugged paths of the labyrinth.
