As the harpy had said, the daughters of nature came out of their water-castle built deep inside the lake.
Their faces were moons of Al-Hava (full moon night) which had descended in the lake. Wavy hair, dark as night, was cascading over their milky shoulders. Wreaths of golden jaitun (spirit olive) leaves were sat upon their heads. With arched eyebrows, their almond-shaped eyes of the color of the living sea. Their apple cheeks were tempting Kasma to take a bite while the coral lips were deadly bait.
Kasma was sure if he hadn't frozen his heart, it would have jumped out at the erotic sight. It was his first time to see a water nymph. In Moriya, the water women had long since disappeared. They said water-nymphs were sent from heaven to serve men just like everything else; however, they were too proud of their beauty to do so.
