The three girls stood in front of a big hotel which was on the quieter part of the K City, it was almost afternoon. The name of the hotel was written vertically along the right hand corner of the wall TRANCE-GRESS. Below the name other details about the hotel were written down it read hotel, night club, spa. Somehow this place didn't give Nui a clean vibe.
Fow called her cousin, who was the owner cum manager of the hotel. It was evident to Nui, Nana and Fow, that what this man had told his simple family members about his hotel back in his village, it wasn't that high standard at all. The man was short, stout and looked rather rough. He didn't seem happy to see them. He was Din.
"What do you want?" he asked Fow. "I told you already we want to go shopping and I need some information about someone." Fow stated. Looking at their conversation one could easily say that their relationship was rather cold. Nui felt uncomfortable, was it just for her Fow had agreed to visit her cousin with whom she didn't have a warm relationship?
Three of them were given a small room with one bed, and an extra mattress was provided, "I am not going to charge you for the room, but other facilities aren't for free."
Din said as a matter of fact.
"We are not free loaders Din, who wants your free food?" Fow snapped. Din slammed the door and left.
After sometime Din came back with piping hot noodles and prawn cutlets. They were rather famished, he had taken a shower and wore a black suit, he looked rather decent,
"This is all that I can serve to you." The girls were famished so they gorged on the food.
"What do you want to know, ask quickly, I won't be able to talk once business hour starts." Din asked impatiently.
Nui spoke for the first time, "Brother Din, we are really sorry to come over like this and bother you, but its something rather urgent, that's why we came running here, because we know someone as capable as you would only be able to help us." Nui's soft words melted his heart a bit, her innocent eyes and pure smile could move mountains. "Brother Din, I can assume that you run this business in this big city, I am sure many important people visit your hotel. By chance, have you ever come across the Third Master of the Cinri Corporations?"
Hearing this name Din grew pale as if someone has sucked all the blood out of his face, his eyes grew wide. "Sister Nui, why are you asking about him suddenly?"
"Why do look so tensed Din?" Fow asked concerned.
"Oh It's nothing, I have heard he is a ruthless business man and extremely cold person. I have never seen him. I don't know how he looks like. But some people of the Cinri Corporation will come here for some business tonight. I can ask them how is he like."
"Sister I...I have to leave now, I will tell you tomorrow morning if I know something, enjoy your stay."
Din almost ran away from the room, "brother din...I just wanted to know how old is he?" Nui saw the door being shut before she finished speaking.
Nui lowered her head, Din was her last hope.
Din came back to to his room, drenched in sweat, he was clearly panting. He opened a chilled bottle of water from the freezer and gulped it at one go.
Earlier this morning, a handsome man came to him accompanied by another sinfully handsome man, they asked for a room in his hotel. Although they looked young and dressed simply in jeans and t-shirts, Din could realise it was a disguise they were undoubtedly powerful people. One of them had a boyish charm, while the other man who was obnoxiously handsome had a cold and straight face and there was an invisible statuary warning around him. Din was about to refuse them, but then he was given a huge bag of cash. Din although tempted realised if they were willing to pay such a huge amount of money then undoubtedly it involved a huge risk too, so he insisted on refusing. Then the handsome man with eyes as sharp as a falcon came forward and said in an ice chilling voice, "Boss, I haven't come this far to accept your refusal, I am the third master Cinri, CEO of Cinri Corporation, and I don't repeat myself. The money I am paying you is much more than the price of this whole shabby hotel of yours. From today I am the owner of this place, I will give you the papers by the end of the day, you sign and leave this city as fast and as silently as you can. And if you dare to speak a word, about this meeting or me then the next moment,YOU ARE A DEAD MEAT." There was a dangerous smile on his face which never reached his eyes, as he gestured with a long finger on his lips.
