The zombies gave off a strong illusion that they were regular human beings.
Li Ran took out her gun and pointed it at the zombies. She just needed to fire a few bullets and everything would be settled. It was that simple.
However, she was unable to do it.
Li Ran took a deep breath and looked carefully at them again. They really had grayish-white, lifeless eyes.
She took a few steps back and fired her shots at them.
One by one, the zombies fell to the ground.
Then, Li Ran took a look inside. She could not find anyone.
It was then she spotted a pig that was running in circles.
Li Ran rushed over to take a closer look.
The pig ignored her. It just kept running in circles.
Shortly after, it lay on the ground and closed its eyes.
The pig pens in the farmhouse were arranged in a long row. In the middle, there was an aisle. One could not see the end of it at a glance. There was even a small room not too far away.
