Hallie Morgan watched as Dylan Collins left the room. After a moment of contemplation, she followed him out.
"Dylan Collins." Hallie Morgan looked at the man standing under the light. The dim light generously enveloped his outstanding figure, extending his silhouette. His profound eyes subtly gleamed. Hallie stood behind him for a while and then walked over.
"Dylan, what happened tonight?"
"Nothing. Why did you come out ?" Dylan turned around and grabbed her hand. "It's cold outside, let's go back inside."
"Dylan." Hallie reached out and grasped his hand, pulling him back. "Whatever happens, please tell me. In the past, you were always there to protect and help me. If there is any way I can help you now, you must not keep it from me."
His eyes flickered a little. She looked at him with naive and sincere eyes so clear and resolute.
It made him feel that if he kept things from her, he would feel guilty.
"There's not much...Did you know about my mother's past?"
"Your mother?"
