Hallie Morgan let the woman hug her and cry, her own mind also became a chaotic mess.
After crying for a while, the woman finally let go of Hallie.
Hallie looked at her, "Are you...my biological mother?"
"Yes, I saw the message you sent out, and realized you're still alive. So I rushed here by train. I've been on the train for a day, had to transfer trains to get here. People said I couldn't enter, so I waited outside for half a day until I saw you come out..."
"But how did you know I am your daughter? What's your name? Where do you come from?"
"I come from South Mountain. I saw your picture and the picture of the corn pendant and I was sure that you are my daughter... I can surely recognize my own child, you look exactly like me when I was younger, but you're much prettier than I was."
She stared at Hallie closely.
Hallie couldn't help but feel emotional.
After all these years of searching, had she finally found her mother?
