Hallie Morgan was still washing dishes when she heard this and lifted her head.

That, of course, Hallie knew, "Aren't the two of them engaged? I know that."
She also knew that all of that had been orchestrated by Fredrick Jones; he mentioned taking Kylie Morales back just to give her a taste of defiance. It was all a pretense.
Seeing her like this, Ruby Morgan chuckled, "You only know that they're together right now, but you don't know that Sir almost turned the Jones family upside down for her. It wasn't until the Jones family consented to their marriage that Sir was satisfied; otherwise, he was ready to sever ties with the Jones family and start a new life with Kylie Morales. Ah, who would've thought Sir could be so good to someone? It seems he really fancies Kylie. She's really quite lucky."
