Hallie Morgan was still pondering the question when Ali Moore laughed and saw that Rex Morales had sent her a message.
"Hey, Rex heard we're dining out and wants to come over too," she said.
"Are you that close with him now?" Hallie asked.
"He often pops over to my place, of course we've gotten close... He said he has something he wants your help with."
Seeking her help? What could Rex possibly need from her?
It wasn't long before Rex arrived.
"Hallie," he greeted cheerfully as he approached, "I'm really begging you here, you have to help me with this."
"What is it?"
"Could you get your brother to talk to my sister? I really can't take it anymore; she's at home drowning her sorrows in liquor every day, acting like she's on the brink of death."
"Oh, when did this happen?" Hallie had no idea.
