Mason Larch gave a bitter smile, "Then I can only ask you to spare Hallie, at least not to make any trouble here today."
Eliza Long coldly stared at Hallie Morgan, "Fine, fine, since you said so, I'll do you this favor today. But don't regret it later. You could've asked me for resources, for money, for scripts, but you wasted this favor on that woman. Fine, you two make a nice pair indeed."
Eliza Long glared viciously at Hallie Morgan, clearly reluctant, but she kept her word, "You little vixen, we'll cross paths again later."
Having said that, she stormed off from the entrance.
"She actually left."
Hallie Morgan did not expect that Eliza Long would leave so promptly just because she owed someone a favor.
Mason Larch grabbed the unrepentant-looking Hallie Morgan, "My ancestor, look how you scared me. My legs are shaking. Please, I beg you, stop stirring up trouble."
