"Hallie, my daughter, my daughter." Emma Myers stood at the front of the crew, shouting till her voice went hoarse, attracting a wave of chatter from the spectators. Crowd upon crowd of onlookers were happily observing the spectacle.
"Ah, Hallie has arrived."
Behind them, Hallie Morgan's chauffeur-driven car finally arrived.
As she got out of the car, Emma Myers immediately ran over to her.
"Hallie, you've finally come. I haven't been able to reach you for days. Are you angry with me? Can there really be any grudges between a mother and her daughter? If there is anything that mum did wrong, just let me know, and I will correct it."
Emma Myers threw herself at Hallie Morgan's feet, hugging her thighs while weeping and shouting.
