Noirre and Sion were sitting in a 2 bed room. It was cozy and tidy. Some pictures of the sea were on the walls. Sion was wearing a white blouse with several buttons along it while Noirre was sitting shirtless. Room was hot even though the window was opened.
After they exited XIAMCS they headed here to sleep overnight, this place is called 'Lucky Star', it's an Inn.
" Damn my man, it's so hot in here " Noirre said and walked up to the bed, he just fell on his back.
" Yeah... " Sion was still sitting in a chair next to the window, trying to cool himself off by waving his hand in his face.
Noirre was silent for few moments and then asked; " Sion tell me, what's your problem with energy? ". Sion turned around and looked at him; " Well uhm... I don't get it, what do you mean? "
" Your energy amounts are ridiculous, I can feel that. Only one that still posseses more is Santiago. But on the other hand, your aura is usually weak, until you decide to use it. "
" Huh? How else is it gonna be... I don't get it. "
Noirre rolled his eyes; " My man.. you need to learn how to passively have aura around you. It must become as natural to you as drinking or taking a leak. You never wondered why those Hunters from earlier managed to one shot you but didn't do shit to me? And remember I'm a 100% monster, those dude are extra effective against me. "
" Oh yeah right! I did think about that.. so, your aura was activated? "
" My aura is ALWAYS activated, I can just increase its power and density when I want.. All Sons have passive aura enveloped around themselves. This will help you to prevent some damage and increase your speed. "
" Ah... okay. Won't it also suck out my energy quickly? "
" Depends on how good your energy control is. If your energy production is higher than your passive aura consumption, you should have no problems. You trained haven't you, with Rune in your mind? "
Sion nodded.
" That's good. But training there won't really help much unless you train for thousand years my man. Remember my words Sion.. Real development starts when the ground is dyed red, when the smell of burning flesh and wood is disrupting your senses, when your vision is blurry from fatigue and tears and when your hands hurt from the weapon you're gripping too tight... THAT'S when your power starts increasing massively, ridiculously faster. That is a situation that every Son went through, and look at us now. " he smiled, but pain was visible behind fake smile.
" Can you tell me.. more about each member, about Sons? " Sion said calmly.
" Oh? Interested in our members huh? " he said and looked up at the ceiling.
" Very well, but don't expect too much, we are brothers to each others, but we don't hold meetings for too long or often. My knowledge is limited. First of, you already know you are technically born as a Son right, all of us from this generation were predestined to become Sons by some prophet or psychic or something.. it was a Vision Son from last generation. We were all predestined, except Santiago. "

You know me my man. My real blood brother is Yve, known as the Copy Son. His ability is similar to mine. He can touch someone and gain their abilities for one hour. He is then fatigued and must sleep for some time. My ability allows me to eat monsters and gain their powers for myself, permanently. Keep in mind I don't store their souls.
Next off we have Ezekiel, the Craftsman Son. I like that guy, he's chill and doesn't ask too many questions. His ability is difficult to explain so he just earned the name of Craftsman Son, it isn't a lie, but it isn't a truth either. His ability allows him to understand and fully comprehend any object he sees. All objects he fully understands are stored in his mind and can be replicated in exact detail as to the one he stored, they even posses the same abilities.. "

" No he can't just take SSS Class item and replicate it, he must have more energy than the item he has stored. Unfortunately, he's the person with least energy in our group. Fun fact about him, not that it's actually 'fun' but, his village was actually demolished by a meteor. One day just fell from the sky, no previous sign of it or anything, just boom. "

" Next up.. hmmm.. I'll talk about Zero, the Strategy Son. Don't mind his martial art style of clothing, he is more of a brain type guy. I'll keep it simple, that guy can resurrect. You seen the number 5 on his back? That means he has 5 lives remaining. He's also super smart, like Lori. There's Marcus, he's known as Agility Son, like his name says he's really fast. Faster than you and Santiago as well. If I'm not wrong his village got wiped out by Ibotha Empire as well. "
" So Ibotha Empire is really evil huh? "
Noirre chuckled; " That's childish, there's no evil and good Sion. Only different viewpoints. "
Sion looked through the window at people passing by.
" Balthazar is the Marksman Son. You fought him right, I don't think I need to explain his abilities. We don't know much about Balthazar, he travels a lot, like if he was a Hunter. He usually appears only when we call for him. Santiago I believe, is a well known topic for you. Most famous, strongest and the one with most energy of us all, one and only Santiago! " he said as if he was introducing a boxing star before a match.
" Santiago is a Hunter from Driendetta Heavenly Empire, his brother is the Emperor there. Santiago was his brother's right hand and a member of 'Whisper'. After he lost his powers 4 years ago, he trained continuosly.. not to mention his Royal blood helped as well. When he first got in Greyre, he was nothing more but a egoistic, self-centered asshole. Now, he is still a egoistic self-centered asshole but with a yellow star on his back. " Sion giggled, but Noirre didn't look like he was joking at all.
" Lucas is the guy in bandages, Warrior Son. A complete master in hand-to-hand combat and a expert swordsman. No matter what weapon he has in his hands, he's an absolute beast. Only one to have more wins against Santiago than defeats among all the Sons.
Last but not least we have Lori, the Healing Son. As you might or might not know, he's something like our leader. Well, not officially, but we all feel the same way. We all feel like he's our older brother ya' know? "
Sion smiled and nodded; " I never had an older brother, but in this short amount of time I've been with you guys, I feel the same. ".
" Yeah, glad to hear that my man. He probably has it toughest among all of us. He was there when his village got scorched to nothingness by Heavenly Emperor of Ibotha Heavenly Empire, the Golden Emperor. "
" Oh.. Is that why he's staying at the base? "
" Partially.. Lori is a master healer, he can heal almost any wound instantly. The wound he receive are meaningless. Only things he can't heal are super high level curses like Lucas had, that takes longer. But don't fret, we Sons are tough you know, killing one of us isn't that easy! "
" You say that despite your members dying all the time though.. " he said.
" ... " Noirre looked mad at first, but his face turned sad pretty quickly; " Yeah... "
" No sorry, I didn't mean it like that. I meant to say, our enemies as strong if they managed to prove you wrong. "
" I agree Sion. They are formidable indeed. Rest now, we're teleporting to Ibotha Heavenly Empire early in the morning. ".
Sion didn't respond, he just nodded and layed in his bed, both men feel asleep soon after.

There it was again.. the humming of a melody by Lori. Nemma was about to upstairs to her room to sleep, but Lori was walking around the house nonstop. He would enter one room and come out with a book, after reading for few minutes, he would go back in the same room and come out with 8 different books.
" Is that a library? "
" Mhm.. " Lori said while flipping through the pages, he was focused and serious. It was weird seeing him being so serious.
" So.. am I allowed to go inside and check it out? "
Lori looked at her with a smile and confused expression; " I highly doubt it I posses a piece of information you don't already know. "
" Well, even if that is true, I love reading. But I'm sure you posses a piece of information I don't know. "
Lori layed the book down on the table. He crossed his legs and looked at her with a smile; " What Emperor ruled Ibotha Empire before Golden Emperor? "

" Mhm, and for how many years was he in charge? "

" Indeed, what about his wife? "

Lori laughed.

" I assure you, there is nothing in my humble collection you don't already don't know. " he stood up and returned one book in the room, a faint voice was heard coming from him ; " ...Oh when the stars align, oh when the stars align... "
Nemma shrugged her shoulders and stood up. She picked up Lori's teacup that was now empty and left it in the kitchen, she then went upstairs, changed and went to sleep.
