The woman in the golden robe frowned.
They were not allowed to create distarbances in the Sacred Groves. It would go against the oath that their army had to take so that they could walk into these woods without being attacked by all kinds of creatures. She and her people would be punished by the Heavens if they dared to break their oath!
But at this moment, the human Cultivator in front of her made her want to break that oath and just attack. Something was forcing the anger that was always within her grasp to raise its head.
The Snake Queen was not stupid. She was sure that this change in her emotional state was the doings of one of these human cultivators. But why would they provoke her? Did they know about the oath that was taken as well? How was that possible though? They were humans, regardless of their Cultivator status, it should not have been possible for them to know about the things of the creatures. Especially not their Golden tribe.
