"I want you to sign this," Harry said as he handed Aaron a piece of paper, as soon as Aaron finished his breakfast.
"What's this?" Aaron said.
"A statement stating that you will not sue Mai or us in the future," explained Harry.
Rose and Mai were wide-eyed, both looking at Harry in disbelief.
"How can you do this!" Rose protested.
"Aaron, don't listen to him. You don't have to. We trust you." Rose said again, she felt bad.
Rose had different thoughts from Harry. Maybe he was still annoyed when she remembered what Aaron had done to Mai, even though Aaron was still a child at that time and might not understand the consequences of his actions. But what happened now was beyond his expectation. Aaron not only saved her daughter but also forgave Mai's fatal mistake and was even willing to cover it up.
