"So... you and Aaron... What are you doing?" Ivani said.
Ivani glared at Mai, as soon as Mai returned. Her voice was full of suspicion or perhaps jealousy.
"Just reverse this. It turns out that my diary is with him," Mai explained while pointing to the pink book in her hand.
"How come?" Ivani said.
"It fell when my bag was stolen. He found it but we were already gone and he can only turn it around now." Said Mai.
"Oh, I see. You're glad the book didn't get lost." Ivani said.
"Yes, I'm very grateful, it's still my property." Said Mai.
"But... Maybe he's reading your diary." Ivani scares her.
"No... He said no," Mai denied but she sounded unsure. Why is she hesitating?
"Are you sure? Who knew he was lying?" Ivani said.
"He couldn't be lying." Said Mai.
"Really?" Ivani said.
"How do you know he's not lying?" Said Ivani again.
