Riven paced restlessly in front of the hospital emergency room. He clearly remembered the horror scene he had seen moments ago. He was talking to one of his staff when he heard the loud popping sound, he immediately felt bad because he knew it wasn't the sound of a tire bursting let alone a balloon.
Riven immediately ran outside and was astonished to find his cousin covered in blood with a gunshot wound to his stomach. Mai, the girl was crying hysterically beside him. Meanwhile, his friend Boban managed to catch the culprit. Just a moment ago he challenged Karyn to action, he was sure Karyn wouldn't dare but he was wrong, and Riven felt very sorry. Why didn't he come home earlier but instead was busy with work that he might still be able to do tomorrow? Why does Karyn have a gun? Why would she be like this?
