DOMINIC ALEXANDER STONE' S P.O.V~~~~~~~
I had just finished signing a major deal and was know going over some documents when my secretary barged into my office.
"Mr.Stone, Its Natalie, she refuses to speak to anyone except for you claiming that some "nobody" took Young Master Caleb from the bakery and drove off."
I raised my eyebrows at her,
( Did she just barge into my office without knocking?)
And most importantly did Natalie let MY son get kidnapped? What did I hire her for? Stacy approached the desk, unaware of the storm brewing inside me. She pulled out her phone and dialed Natalie's number. A few rings and I could here her annoying voice screaming on the other-side of the phone.
I let out a frustrated sigh,
Great another damn headache.
I grabbed the phone from Stacy's outstretched hand and rubbed my aching temples.
"Natalie, Where is my son?"
I squeezed those few words out of my clenching teeth.
"Master Dominic!" Natalie squealed
I rolled my eyes at her annoying voice... God what demon possessed me to hire this woman.
"Where. Is. My. Son?" I repeated the question again emphasizing my every word.
"Master Dominic....some random woman took young master Caleb from the bakery and drove off, I tried to stop her but she had already left."
"So... you're telling me that you let some " 'random woman' take MY son and you did nothing about it. What did I hire you for?...You know what ..You're fired! Don't ever appear in front of me or my son again!" I yelled, flinging the phone at the wall forgetting completely that it was my secretary's own.The phone smashed against the wall and shattered.
Stacy pov~~~~~
Stacy stared at the phone and gasped,
"My phone!!!" she screamed internally but didn't dare to move in fear of getting fired. She had worked to damn hard to earn the role of being Dominic's personal secretary and she wasn't going to let one foolish mistake end her career.Sure, there were his other secretaries that assisted her but she was his personal one meaning that she got to spend many time alone with him in very intimate positions all in the name of 'work'.
Dominic's pov~~~
"Some random woman? Who does she think she is taking my son? What does she take me as... A fool???What does she expect... a reward? Fine! then if its a reward she wants then a reward she will get!"
"STACY!" I yelled, jumping my secretary out of her thoughts.
" Go down to the company's entrance and wait for this 'random woman' to bring my son back, promise her that we will reward her heavily for bringing the Young Master Caleb here." I stated as I stared at my assistant.Glancing at the broken phone that lay lifeless on the ground I spoke once more,
"Also,go down to the financial department and collect a cheque to buy a new phone, my secretary cannot be seen with such cheap items."
STACY'S P.O.V~~~~~~
My eyes lit up when i heard him, looks like my 'hard-work' didn't go in vain.
"Yes Sir! Right away sir!"
I practically squealed at the thought that I was finally going to get a new phone.Upon leaving the office, I chirped merrily, making my way to the finance department, after collecting the cheque and receiving many envious glares from the female workers, I headed to the company's entrance.Fortunately, as soon as I arrived, a woman was walking towards the company with the Young Master trailing closely beside her.For a quick second I was stunned.. how could anyone look so beautiful, although she wore cheep clothes and her face was completely covered by a mask and glasses she no doubt looked better than a runway model.Snapping out of my trance, I composed myself and screeched at the lady, practically running towards her and trying to yank Caleb away.
"Young master Caleb! You're father is very worried about you ever since Natalie called and said some random stranger kidnapped you"
I said looking at the boy who hid behind the woman's back.Forcing my eyes, I looked towards the woman and spoke in my formal tone.
'Thank you for bringing the young master back, I will see to it that you be paid heavenly,
but if you could just give me young master Caleb I would take him to his father first and then attend to your requests of payment." I stopped and stared at her as a wicked smirk danced on my lips.
"Thank you miss, but I think it would be better if I personally introduces myself to Caleb's father; plus... im pretty sure Caleb doesn't want to go with you either." she replied, keeping the same tone of formality.
She turned to Caleb who was shaking his head, clearly agreeing with her.
I looked at her in surprise and after a few moments I turned around.
"Follow me" I whispered still recovering from the shock I got when that woman dared to talk back to me.No one has ever dared to talk back to her, being the C.E.O'S 'personal' secretary, she was the second in command whenever the boss wasn't around, giving her more respect,and other benefits than the rest of workers.Having this power,no one in the company dared to talk back to her.
I entered the elevator with them trailing behind me.As the elevator doors closed I noticed that the woman was staring at everything like a child would stare at a candy shop, I smirked to myself,
'Damn nobody! Who exactly does she think she is talking back to me? You acted all high and mighty just know but look at you staring at the simple design of the elevator. No wonder you kidnapped my Young Master....Sigh! the greed of the poor could never be satisfied.'
(If only our Snow knew what Stacy was thinking about her at this time she would have laughed in her face and showed her her bank account(ᴗ ͜ʖ ᴗ)
I glared at her when I realized that she was way more prettier than me, and to my utter surprise, she glared back!Who does this woman really think she is???
(Obviously she is our beloved Snow who makes more money in a minute that you would have to work for in a lifetime🙄)
All of a sudden the Young Master pulled at her jacket and whispered something into her ears to which she responded by patting his head,
watching their little exchangement I narrowed my already glaring eyes at her.
'Since when did the Young master warm up so close to a woman?he was always like his father, an unproachable iceberg, so what was this?? why is he allowing her to pat his head when he doesn't allow me to be around him.'Being the personal secretary to one of the richest business tycoons in the state she learned from the best of the best so naturally she would understand this problem. Since Caleb didn't have a mother, his dad a.k.a Mr.Stone needs someone to look after his son since he has a company to run and a pack to lead.Getting closer to Caleb means getting closer to Mr.Stone which would equal to her having the title of Mrs.Stone.But,what she didn't calculate was that both the
father and son duo were icebergs in their own way, and very soon she understood that the Young Master shout and cries whenever she tries to.
"Ding!" went the elevator indicating that they have reached the top floor, as the doors opened,we walked out of the elevator only to be greeted by a glass enclosed room.I made my way towards the door and entered, slamming it but not before smirking at the girl. I walked down the long glass corridor ad reached the bosses room.Composing myself, I knocked on the door and waited for a response,upon receiving confirmation I entered the room and was met by my boss's ice cold glare. I gulped,after unconsciously taking a step back I spoke... well stuttered.
"Mr.Stone....The-the -the Young Master is here.... but-but-but the lady that kidnapped him refused to leave without meeting you on person....she-she-she is outside of the office as we speak"
I reported to him.After waiting for a few minutes and realizing he had nothing to say I bowed and turned around to leave when I suddenly heard his voice.
"Tell her to come in." he said, turning around I bowed and said
"As you wish sir" then I closed the door and headed to the main area.While walking down the corridor, many thoughts invaded my mind.
What does he want to see her for?
I came back out and looked at the girl when an evil glint flashed through my eyes
"Boss would like to see you know."
I said making sure my tone was laced with a toxic poison. She smirked at me as she stood up and walked past, entering the room with Caleb in her arms.
When she closed the door, the two assistant secretaries raised their curious eyes to look at me, hoping I would give them details about why a random woman came here. Not being in the mood to entertain gossip I yelled at them to continue working and went to the ground floor, where I headed to the coffee shop down the street to pick up the boss's everyday coffee.
