Chapter 1 - CHAPTER ONE (THE THREE T'S)

It is the year 4043, I was running very fast, while grandma was shouting slow down, slow down, there was this little pool of water in front of me, I intended to stop in front of the pool but because I was moving very fast I ran into the pool. I stopped and looked all over my body, thinking I will be soaked by water, but to my  greatest surprise, I was on top of the water. Come out of there grandma shouted, I quickly walked out of the pool, did you see that grandma, or was I dreaming, did I just stand on water. Shut up your mouth, did anybody see you, no, I don't think so. She looked around again to be sure no one was looking, then she held my hands and lead me inside the house. My name is Emily, I am a fifteen years old girl, that live with my grandma in a place called the Red Nation, this nation is made up of both the elite Trybots and Humans who were known as the commoners. I happen to be among the humans that were commoner, and live outside the great city. It was every commoners dream to live within the city, mostly as slaves or labourers in their farms. My community was a competitive one, we competite for almost everything, because our greatest achievement was living in the great city. Parents will tell their children, as a note of warning, "If you continue like this you will never see the great city," it was every families pride to have someone living in the great city. I am an orphan, I don't know much about my parents, apart from stories, told to me by grandma, sometimes I think she makes them up. My father and mother used to live in the great city, but when their relationship was known by the trybots, they were exiled from the city. She said my mother died at child birth, and father died some months later, this is what I knew about my parents until now. Grandma how did I do that I said, grandma please answer me or am I going mad, no, you are not going mad my daughter, I should have told you sooner, but I think it's not late even now, take a sit I have something to tell you. I took the stool close to me and satdown, she also satdown in front of me.

My daughter, she began I have been hiding a secret from you for a very long time now, but I think you are mature enough to know the truth. I am not your biological grandmom, your parents were not related to me. It was fifteen years ago, I was harvesting my farm near the walls of the great wall, when I saw this woman, from her clothes I knew she wasn't from the commoners, she must have escape from the city, when I saw her many thoughts came to my mind, for a while, I was thinking so many things, why would this woman leave the city where things are good, to come and join the commoners. she was pregnant and in labour to deliver her baby, I went closer and helped her in delivering her baby, and that baby was you. She told me to take care of you, and that your name was Emily her grandmother's name. then she died. I later find out that she  was a trybot and not a human. many of people have said that this trybots have special abilities, like what I just did, yes replied grandma, I think you are you have trybot blood in you, and you are now bring out your abilities. No wonder I have been seeing odd things happening to me, like what replied grandma, like hearing peoples thoughts, how do you know that you demonstrated this ability. My teacher asked me a question in class, but before I could say anything, I heard her telling me the answers, but she said nothing, I heard her thoughts. Again in class a classmate was telling a female classmate how beautiful she is, but I heard him saying your beauty is nothing compared to Dianah's, but he said nothing like that I just heard his thoughts again. Grandma stood up and went towards the big table, she pulled out one of the drawers and removed a very big book. I may not have superpowers, but I have a history book about the red nation and the trybot city, and all trybot lives and customs are all written in this book. If you have trybot blood, you need to learn about your people, I am no trybot grandma, I am your granddaughter Emily, oh yes you are, but we can't deny the fact that you have special abilities, and you will always be my granddaughter. Tears dropped down my eyes as I collected the history book from her. That night I read about the trybot community, their customs, governers, and traditions. The trybot communities are divided into divisions this divisions are based on their various abilities. This abilities are classified into three groups Telepathy, Telekinesis, and Teleportation, they are called "The Three T's". This divisions handle different duties based on their abilities, the teleporters, took care of transports, posting of items, emergencies, and any thing movement. The Telekinesises, took care of the repairs, constructions, buildings, and the city plannings and reconstructions. The telepaths, took care of health, education, the media, and any other social gatherings or entertainments. the security agencies are runned by the three divisions, as well as the governing of the city. I also read about the Royal Families, this families are the ruling monarchs of the nation, they have the final say to any decision, suggested by the governors and Chancellor's of the nation. One person from the royal family is made a High chancellor, and he or she has the right to appoint his successor. A person from the royal family can never marry another royal family member, it is believe that they will give birth to an abomination.

That morning I woke up feeling very excited, for the first time I knew who I really was. After breakfast, grandma said I should never reveal who I was to any person, and that let no one find out that I have powers. I promise her never to reveal my secret to anybody, she smiled at me, that's my trybot she said in a joking tune, I showed her a frowning face, to show her that I wasn't happy about that name. That day as I walked to school, I knew it was a new Dawn in my life, and that my life will never be the same again.
