"P-Please, I had no other choice! Mr. Eldrin Pierre's guard came to me and threatened to kill me! He wanted me to fill out the victim's paperwork using another person's identity!" The former manager stammered as he confessed his crime, "I don't know why he told me to do it! Please! Please let go of me!"
As soon as the recording ended, Yves' brown eyes sharpened, and his voice turned into a vicious hiss. "Eldrin Pierre... just how greedy can you be!"
"I think the ex-manager told the truth, Sir." Owen concurred.
"You are right. There's literally no other reason for Eldrin to do it but to protect his own interest." Yves replied, his sharp eyes turning towards the tranquil scene outside of the enormous glass window sprawling before him.
"Eldrin keeps the real driver of the lorry alive to secure a collateral against Shawn Morrison. He intentionally let Shawn believe that his plan had succeeded and fooled him."
