"Lucas!" Clyde exclaimed, his surprise quickly transforming into genuine delight.
Lucas lowered his gun and bowed respectfully to him, while the guards he commanded began to usher Clyde and Vincent out of the plane.
"Forgive me, Young Master," Lucas said, a hint of pain evident in his eyes as he noticed the patch covering one of Clyde's eyes.
Clyde, however, disregarded the apology and embraced Lucas warmly, a grin of disbelief spreading across his face. He then turned to Vincent, curiosity evident in his expression. "Care to explain how you did it?"
"I will explain it later, Sir. Let us escort you to a safe place first," Vincent replied, his attention torn between the situation and the Alpha's curiosity.
He couldn't help but roll his eyes when he noticed the attire of the armed guards surrounding them, conveying his suspicion towards Lucas without words.
