"Stay still. Don't move too much." Lucas reminded, throwing his gaze elsewhere as he wanted to avoid the boy's puffy eyes.
Dylan swallowed his throat and bit his lower lips, sighing. "I... I don't want Ryley to know about this," he muttered, slightly stammering.
His words immediately made Lucas furrow his brows tightly and look at him straight in the eyes. "What do you mean? You're an Omega. You can't stay—"
"I'm not!" Dylan interjected, clutching the sheet and sniveling, rolling away his bloodshot eyes that had started to glisten with tears again. "Even if I'm an Omega, I'm not going to leave here!"
"So you want to get jumped like earlier?" Lucas replied coldly, then exhaled a sharp sigh as he pinched the space between his brows. "Don't be stubborn. I will find you a safe place and take responsibility."
