"H-huh? No, not at all." Ryley answered, "It's just that... It will be good if I don't cause another ruckus."
Sean furrowed his brows, he knew the meaning behind those words. But he still tried to understand and gave Ryley his support. "Paparazzis are known for harassing people and invading privacy. I don't believe in the rumor either, so you shouldn't feel bad."
Ryley let out a quiet sigh, then took off his mask and smiled at him. "Thank you. I'm glad you understand."
"Don't mind it. The restaurant has a secluded room, you can eat your lunch at ease later." Sean replied half-jokingly.
Not long after they settled inside the said room and chose their dishes, the waiter took the menu book and closed the door by sliding it to the side.
Sean didn't think that Ryley wanted to eat in a Japanese restaurant, much less ordering teriyaki burgers, which strangely reminded him of a heathen he despised a lot.
