Looking at the indecisiveness beneath those blue eyes, Ryley closed the poem book they had just read together and lifted his clueless gaze.
"Hmmm...." he started, "Do you want an honest answer or a logical one?"
"I want to hear both." Clyde replied, gently caressing the blond's earlobe.
A tender smile crossed the blond's handsome face when he heard it. "You see, usually when I read books about runaway love or watch dramas with similar theme, the couple would leave everything behind just to have each other close and stay together."
"Money, fame, power... They would give up everything just to be with the person they love," he added, eyes gleaming with a dreamy look.
"Sounds stupid, don't you think?" Clyde asked, not a second passed without him admiring how pretty the blond was.
