When he noticed other presence approaching closer, Clyde looked back and rose to his feet. His hand refused to let go of his grip on Ryley's palm, but the blond shook it away and moved his fingers to tug at the loose shirt covering his thighs.
Adrian walked over with brisk steps and immediately asked the Alpha, "Where were you last night? What happened?"
"The wounds have been treated with your ointment but I want you to check him again." The man answered.
"The wounds?" Adrian flattened his lips when a horrible idea of what might have happened crossed his mind. "Don't tell me you knot—"
Clyde hissed in annoyance as he interrupted him, "Tsk! It's not that kind of wounds!"
Adrian frowned hearing the man's reply, then slightly glanced at Ryley's still unmoving figure.
Clyde sighed as he ran his fingers through his dark hair, slicking it backwards. His blue eyes then sharply darted towards Lucas, making the older Alpha swallow in fear.
