"Nathan, wait here. I will have the maids prepare a table for you—" Claire was about to call the servants nearby and have them set a separate table for Nathan, but the young man held her back.
"Auntie, there's no need. Please don't bother." He nervously interrupted, then glanced over and noticed Adrian's figure. "I... I think I will just join Adrian."
Since they weren't far from where Adrian was, Nathan just nodded at Claire and went to his friend's VVIP table.
"Adrian." Nathan called, smiling gracefully.
Adrian rolled his eyes at the side lazily, too annoyed at the first glance. But then he immediately lifted his face from his palm and even stood up from his seat when he realized that it was someone he went along well the most.
"Nate...?!" He said, his tone in disbelief but his eyes were bright with joy. "You're here!"
Adrian wasted no time and excitedly welcomed his designer friend in a warm hug, startling the smaller figure a bit.
