Chapter 2 - 2

"Who's going to pick Harrison up from the airport?" said Emma his mother.

"Ma'am I've heard Sir Adrian himself will go pick master up." The girl sitting on the floor spoke while gently moving her hands, massaging Emma's feet. Harrison's mother was engulfed in happiness just by thinking of the fact she's finally going to meet her son and her son is returning home safe and sound. She never liked whenever he went away for his missions with a threat of getting himself killed. Her motherly fear always overtook her mind and heart making the fact of not thinking about him impossible. She's always been against his works but who's there to stop him when his mother can't.

Emma sighed before taking her feet out of the girl's hands, getting up from couch, and dragging herself towards the bed. She's not feeling well lately. There's a feeling that isn't good and is making her stomach twist. She hopes Harrison comes back home safely.

Ana glanced at the man sitting beside her immediately getting caught, which made her turn her face quickly to the other side out of embarrassment. The plane was about to land and the passengers were asked to get themselves straightened up.

When the plane was about to land Ana clutched the armrests, more like a person's hand. Oops. That was awkward. She faked a smile before giving out puppy eyes to the man, she remembered had never made an effort to introduce himself. The man didn't look at her again until it was time to get out of the plane. Ana got up, making her way out through the crowds and getting into the passenger bus which will take them to the other part of the airport. But the thing that weirded her out was that there was no other passenger that she had seen on the plane in the bus other than the unknown seat mate she had and some other men. All of them looked well built. gosh this day couldn't have been any worst. Ana wished there was even a single girl in here that would have made her feel at ease.

She sat at the very end of the bus trying not to look at anyone else. She repeated in her mind there's nothing wrong and if there is any kind of danger I at least know how to protect myself but her heart said otherwise, beating at an inhuman pace.

About a moment passed when she saw the man two rows away from her pointing a gun at her Mr. Seatmate. Shit!

She started to panic. She never liked guns although she had never seen them in real life. Even though Mr. Seatmate was rude with her behaving coldly Ana had a heart and she didn't want anyone to get hurt before her eyes. The two men had never paid attention to Ana who had successfully managed to get herself out of her panic state and was ready with her heels in her hands behind both men. Before the person could pull the trigger Ana with all her might attacked both their head with her heels. That was when Mr. Seatmate had turned around noticing those men getting beaten up by Ana. The gun had fallen off their hands and Mr. Seatmate took a glance at them before firing them with his own gun.

Ana fainted the very moment she heard the gun shot but she saw him fighting the driver before closing her eyes. Then what happened next remained a mystery to her when she found her neatly tucked into a king sized bed. The room looked luxurious.
