Prologue

"Mom... Please stay with us!"

"Mommy..."

Anera opened her eyes slowly, holding both of her daughters tight in her arms.

"It will all be fine. Enno, if something happens, please take care of Kurie.. Promise me."

"I promise mom.."

"Mommy... Don't go, I am scared.." Kurie fell into her knees, sobbing.

"Kurie. Don't be scared, your sister will take care of you. It will all be fine." Anera smiled, taking out of a drawer a black stone.

"You can have this stone, Kurie. It is a really important stone to me.. Please take care of it."

"..I will... I will take care of it!" Kurie said while grabbing the stone, her hands shaking out of fear.

Enno put her hand on Kurie's eyes, while the soul of their mother was leaving the body. Telling her on a slow calm tone.

"It will be fine Kurie."

"It won't be fine! I hate those that did this to mom.."

"Kurie.. you shouldn't hate anyone."

The girl stood up, running away from her mother's room, Enno following her slowly.

"Ennie.. I hate humans... I hate them all, I hate gods too.. They didn't save mommy.."

Enno sat next to her, holding her tight in her arms.

"Don't say that, Kurie. You have me, we have each other. You don't have to hate anyone."

Kurie started to tear up slowly, her body getting lighter and lighter in Enno's tight grip. Her body seeming weightless, like silk.

"..Kurie..? Are you okay? You're really light.."

The girl's words were followed by silence, Kurie not saying anything, just staring with a neutral look on her face, in nothingness.

"Kurie! Hey, What is wrong? You're okay?!"

Enno started to tear up slowly, holding her only sister tighter in her arms, while her human body transforms into silk.

"Why did You have to hate Them... Why.."

The black stone shining with a small glimpse of black light. Kurie looked at Enno, tearing up from the silent pain devouring her body

"At least.. at least you can cry.. I love you, Kurie.."

Enno stood up, grabbing the girl gently and putting her in a wheelchair.

"We should go. The bad people will come here soon."

Enno started pushing Kurie in her wheelchair, departing away from the home they lived in from when they were born.

"The stars, are watching over you, Kurie. They are watching over us."
