I looked up from the Erol to see it alight onto a forest of silver trees.
"It's beautiful!" I exclaimed.
Rob and Ivy gave me a sidelong glance.
"It's still full of evil!" Ivy said darkly.
"Why?" I asked.
"It's where one of the Silver Phoenix's was murdered by Kali. It was a long time ago. Apparently, her blood bled here and turned the forest silver.
"But it didn't heal The Blight?" I asked. I had heard how Lady Azriel had healed The Blight infinite times from everyone by now. Honestly, she sounded like a saint and not a real human being. At least not like someone like me at all.
"Dark things happened here!" said Flanagan grimly, "Kali, had kept it for her sacrifices as well. I would not term it beautiful anymore. I just worry about what's hiding inside there."
