Even though , he has different hair color , I can say he is related to Arthur. His facial features are somewhat similar to Arthur , but he isn't as handsome as him. Why the hell , I'm thinking about his handsome face ?
The person in front of me reeks of alcohol . I want to avoid him .Why am I always ending up with fools? (she's mentioning about Arthur ) . By the way , did he just say sister-in-law ? I never heard of Zaire's prince younger brother . Is he an illegitimate child ? Why should I bother about his family history? I will just ask him.
"Who are you ?" I asked him with a blank expression . I don't want to waste my time by talking to him. He freezed for a second and faced his head down to the floor . I can see his change of face to dark expression.
"Why are you looking at me like this ?" he stated while biting his lower lip and clenching his fists ; I can sense his anger in the voice , even though I can feel his anger , his lips are trembling like he is about to burst into tears .
Though , I'm not kind enough to care about other feelings ; it's his own problems . I don't care for his opinion.
"I'm not the type of person , who smiles for a stranger." I said by folding my arms on my waist . He's still boring the ground with his stare .
"You're exactly like my brother , sister-in-law"; he chuckled and looked at me . His eyes were filled with tears . Damn it. , even though I don't want to care , I feel bad now and somewhat insulted by his statement . I sighed.
"I just asked your relationship with Arthur , you don't have to react like I'm bullying you and never again compare me with your brother , It's not that you are insulting your brother , but me ." I said nonchalantly.
His eyes changed soon , now I can sense his relief and eagerness . Even though , they have some similar facial features he is complete opposite of Arthur's nasty personality . Should I feel relieved ? He cut through my reverie and started to talk.
"I'm Arthur's cousin , Edward Howard. I'm sorry for this behaviour . I thought you avoided me like my brother on purpose." he said with his puppy eyes . I think he's younger than my old man .
'What my old man ?' am I gone insane? . Suddenly , My face was flustered by the thinking of his kiss on my cheek . Come to your senses , Augusta .
"Are you okay ,sister-in-law ? Do you have a fever ? " he asked me by touching his hands on my forehead . I was surprised to see his action by touching my forehead casually. Then suddenly I hear a stern voice behind me.
"Take your hands from her head." his voice thundered in the entire hallway . He is glaring at his younger brother .
Edward took his hand from my forehead quickly. He is trembling again .He is just worried about me. Why should this guy scare him like this .That's right , just now Edward mentioned about Arthur avoiding him . They both indeed have a bad relationship , but it doesn't seem serious for me .
"Why are ordering him in my place?" I glared at him . He turned and looked at me while narrowing his eyes. I didn't bother and continued to talk .
"He was just worried about me." I said and stared at him to see , whether he will apologize to his brother .But instead , he glanced over me from head to toe .
"What is there to worry about?" he asking me while raising his brow and holding his chin with thumb and index finger. He should have just asked about it from me , why is he glancing me all over. His eyes making me embrassed . Damn it , I won't lose my composure today .(she already lost her composure in the car).
"Sister-in-law's face was red , so I thought she has a fever." Edward said in a low voice while fidgeting his palms. Is he afraid of his brother ? Just now, did he mentioned about my face ? I widened my eyes for a moment.
"Is that so ? I will check her", he said with a serious voice and placed his hands on my cheeks . I didn't noticed it before , but his hands are warm and he has long slender fingers.
He is staring at me intensely , His face is close to mine . His face , His deep voice , his big warm hands , he's totally my type . I looked away from his eyes , because it was embrassing. But my sinful eyes looked at his thin pink lips .
How can a man be this seductive ? Then , suddenly the image of his kiss on my cheek popped up . My face is burning hot . He chuckled immediately .
"Indeed , your sister-in-law has fever . I think , I'm the one who caused it ." he smirked . What is he talking about ? Does he know about , what I'm thinking ? No way .
"Why did you do that?" Edward asked immediately with Arthur . Then ,he lowered his head again. I think he's regretting right after his question.
"Oh , I think it's because she was wearing thin clothes yesterday night , when she was with me." he smiled mischievously looking at me . His words giving others wrong impression about me .
I was in my night dress in the garden and he was the one sat beside me . He's shameless for his age. He definitely knows that I'm thought about the kiss. He is talking like this to embrass me more.
Suddenly , his mischievous look changed . I looked at the direction he saw. There was a man , in his fifties standing and looking back at him with a cold glare.
"Oh , What a surprise to bump into you here , Arthur." the man said with a warm smile ,He changed his expression in a moment. If I hadn't looked at his expression before , I would have believed him and would have thought Arthur is hostile towards him for no reason.
As soon as Edward heard the voice , he turned and looked at him excitedly .
"Dad , why are you here? Did you by any chance came to see brother ? " Edward asked the man without realising the situation . Then , the cunning man is Edward's father and Arthur's paternal uncle ,'William Howard '.
'William Howard'. I have heard this name before . Thats right ;he is the one , who sent me the letter about marriage proposal . In the letter , he was sounded like he really cared about Arthur .
I accepted the proposal , because I was so furious about how hypocrite this people was ,to send me a marriage proposal after killing my parents in front of me . They didn't send us goods for exchange of rations and sent a marriage proposal instead . It was clear ,they blackmailed us .
But , Why is his uncle being hostile towards him? Is there any reason ? Nevermind . I should not forget my goal , and the purpose why I came here.
After Edward asked to his father , William looked at Arthur for a moment . Then Arthur said me to go back to the private room . But , why should I listen to him? Edward went away to a room , because he was so drunk.
Arthur also left with his uncle . I went to the party hall , to look around . I took a wine glass and smelled it ,I can tell it is really a good quality . I sipped it and looked around.
"Oh , isn't this Gaul country's princess?" I heard a obnoxious voice from behind . I turned to look , it was Lisa ,the grand daughter of R&M groups. She still didn't acknowledge me as Arthur's wife . Then , I have a company to entertain me tonight.
"Miss Lisa , I think , you don't have any common sense. How could I be Gaul country's princess? ; When I got married to Arthur", I smirked . The ladies behind her giggled . Poor soul , She thought of insulting me, But it backfired her .She gritted her teeth in anger . Is she aware that she's not elegant even when she wears this dress? Should I say ? Whatever . She changed to her normal expression. She smiled like she was planning something .
She stepped on her dress and stumbled ; then she successful poured the wine in my dress as pretending it was an accident . It clearly doesn't look like an accident .But ,she was trying so hard to look like an accident ; so , I will just pretend it's true.
"I'm so sorry , I hope princess isn't petty to hold this matter against me ", she said with teary eyes , but I know she's smiling internally.
She didn't win against me first , so she used this petty trick and asking me to not to be petty . Ha , well done, Lisa. You indeed used your words nicely. But I'm not the one to back down , if it's not my win.
"Oh my , I think Miss Lisa doesn't know about me . I'm not just petty ; But I'm pettier than you think ." I poured my wine in her head by giving her a cold glare. Does she take me as a fool . I'm a Royalty , she can't trample over me as she wishes.
"What are you doing ?" Lisa shouted.
