"Vidor, really?" she widened her eyes again, searching his for a reason to think he lied.
"I am and not only of him but every one near you. You won't show me such tenderness but you would do so with them."
She ignored anything and massaged her temple. Was her rejection of him, making him this way? In the end, she had herself to blame for his clingy attitude.
"I already promised you that I won't ever leave your side, didn't I?"
"Yes, you did. And you must keep it. Even if you are mad at me, you cannot leave me."
