Chapter 62 - Chapter 43: Big Three, Fight With Mirio Togata! On Patrol Once Again!

(Daily Music: Calvin Harris- Outside (Living In Fiction Cover)

In front of us were the senior students of UA known as The Big Three.

A spiky eared boy with dark blue hair.

A girl with long, periwinkle coloured hair.

A tall blonde boy.

When Aizawa told them to introduce themselves, the spiky eared boy went up first. He was most likely shy, judging by how terrified he seemed to be told to speak.

The periwinkle haired girl introduced him as Tamaki Amajiki. She also introduced herself as Nejire Hado.

She also went on a rapid spree of asking questions to each of us.

She's annoying. That's all I have to say about her. Annoying.

And, thanks to my luck, or lack thereof, she asked me something too. Or, to be more accurate, she asked me a lot of things that were related to one topic.

"Why are you so grumpy? Aren't kids your age supposed to be really happy? Is it something you saw a character do and you thought it was cool?" Or did something really bad happen?", she questioned, each question not even being given 2 seconds of time to be digested.

Unlike the others who tried to give her a response, I just opted to make her back off by staring at her with narrowed eyes for as long as she was in front of me. I knew that this would tend to seriously annoy curious people like her after they ask you something, so that's why I chose to do it.

She awkwardly just went away from my desk after my reaction.

Good, too. She's the type of person who I get annoyed with extremely quickly: The ones that don't know when to shut up. Also, they have the type of voice that makes me want to kick them. She's that type of person.

The blonde one also had a failure of an introduction.

Why are these three fools so incompetent in basic areas? Tamaki has problems with communication, a vital part of hero work, especially when it comes to helping civilians.

Nejire doesn't know when to shut her mouth, which could negatively impact both her team and give villains time to attack her while she's blabbering away.

And Mirio seems like a plain idiot who just so happens to be powerful.

However, it looked like I would get a chance to see if that was true, since he challenged us all to a fight.

All of us versus him.

This should be interesting.

-After getting into hero costumes-

We were going to fight at Gym Gamma.

I decided that, since I didn't know what his Quirk was, I would let my classmates throw themselves at him and observe what happens, so that I can gleam what his Quirk allows him to do.

They would be my sacrifices.

I jumped to the ceiling and punched a hole through the roof, grabbing onto the flooring of the other side to support me. From up here, I'd be able to get a good view.

As they fought, I quickly saw what his Quirk allowed him to do. It allowed him to pass through solid matter, and also allowed others things to pass through him as well. He showed some admittedly clever use of the Quirk, such as phasing underground and popping back up. He was probably returning to his solid state while he was underground, thus getting shot back up, since matter couldn't overlap.

(If you're about to go on about "hOw dOeS hE kNoW tHiS???!!!??!", here's why: He studies. A LOT. About lots of things. Science and physics especially, since it might give him ideas for ways to use his Quirk or ways to fight. Just giving the answer before some motherfucker with his username all in lowercase letters and dashes in between each word in it comes in here trying to correct me on my own story)

In a rather short amount of time, he had taken down my classmates, all of them being taken down with one attack.

Weaklings.

-3rd POV-

"Hey, I think there's one missing. Weren't there 20 students? There're only 19 people here. The little guy is missing.", Mirio noted.

He almost got hit by a small fist from behind him, but he just barely managed to activate his Quirk in time, making it pass through him.

He went to put the kid out with a singular punch like he had done with the rest of the students, but the kid did something that impressed him quite a bit.

He dodged and counterattacked his attack before it even got one eighth of the way to him.

To actually inflict damage on someone and hurt them, Mirio had to disable his Quirk when he went to attack someone, otherwise he would simply pass through them. He had deactivated it when he cocked his fist and went to throw it at Jokara. so he was vulnerable when Jokara attacked.

Jokara grabbed Mirio by the leg, stuck his right leg out behind his legs, and pulled him towards his outstretched leg. This toppled Mirio by having him trip over the leg.

(A real Jiu-Jitsu move. It's my favourite move to do during spars.)

Before Mirio even hit the floor, Jokara kicked him in the side, sending him flying into a wall too fast for him to activate his Quirk to harmlessly pass through it. He slammed into the wall with full force, making him cough out blood.

He was still conscious, but just barely.

At least, he was, until Jokara sped over to him and kicked him in the ribs again, completely knocking him out, but not before coughing up even more blood. His internal injuries were likely quite vast. He would need to see Recovery Girl soon.

The fight ended there. and the injured students, along with Mirio, were sent to Recovery Girl. Jokara got a talking from Aizawa about his brutality, however.

To which Jokara responded by doing the most insulting response to anything someone could say.

No response at all. Complete silence.

At this point, it was clear to Aizawa that Jokara couldn't care less whether he stayed at UA or not. He showed no reactions to scoldings, warnings, discouragement or anything similar. He only did what he wanted. Which wouldn't be so bad if what he wanted wasn't so violent. Even Bakugou had more restraint.

He suspected that he was still severely affected by the events of when the villains attacked his home. It was not unexpected, in fact, he was damn sure that he was still severely affected, so all it did was confirm what he thought.

He couldn't even blame or scold Jokara, since his development from the events of that night were completely understandable and rational. It only made sense that he would be negatively impacted by what transpired.

The problem came from the fact that the increased violence wasn't only targeted at enemies. It was targeted at everyone near him. Classmates, other students, teachers, heroes. His rage was aimed at everyone. Ever since the night of the attack on the forest, he showed a disliking to everyone.

Aizawa decided that he was going to try and get a good therapist for the boy. It would be an absolute disaster to have someone on Jokara's violence level roaming around, looking for villains. He had no doubt that he would have no qualms with killing them.

-After school ends. Jokara POV-

I think it's time to go on another nightly patrol for villains.

Hell, I might even get a new Quirk.

(Alright, suggest Quirks for him to steal. I'll be looking back on all suggestions from previous chapters as well as this one. Remember, I will more heavily consider Quirks that start out meh, but can become super good with training.)
